Lago Vista Public Library

This review is for the Lago Vista volunteer part of the library. I injured my foot and needed a walking boot so I could go to work tonight. I could have called in sick and waited for amazon because no medical supply store or the VA had one I could purchase today, but i dont like to call in. I was told by a lady at Walgreens to give Lago Vista a call and sure enough they had a plethora of free to borrow until you're healed up medical supplies including many different walking boot options. The person helping me was Susan and she was super nice and let me try on a few to make sure it did the job and I was able to walk more comfortably without crutches. I highly recommend this place especially if your primary care is through the VA and nobody carries what you need to go about your day instead of missing work and laying around the house all day. 10/10 easily

The library is a great asset to Lago Vista. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice and neat. There's also some government records that you can browse such as the city budget binder. There's a kid section with kid's computers. There's also a nice meeting room that can be reserved.

Such a wonderful library! Very sweet and cozy. The ladies are so welcoming and helpful. Despite it's size, do not underestimate! This library packs a wallop of resources and hard-to-find selections. I am a bibliophile and I am right at home. It was clean and super organized. They adhere to the new protocols, so make sure you're masked up when you come in and keep it on the entire time. They offer online story time for the kiddos and an adorable reading nook just for them. All in all, I will spend as much time as I can here. The only con for me is the hours, as they close at 6pm most days and they close on weekends. Other than that, I am so overjoyed and proud of having my library card! Great place overall:)

I love it here! Books, book clubs, adult coloring, childrens story time, programs for kid's, support group's, spanish classes, English-speaking class, many book's, DVD, newspapers, magazines, etc!!

Such a unique library and staff. Great Texana collection. All kinds of creative classes.

The ladies that work there, are always so sweet and helpful!! Thank you for you service!!
