This is by FAR the BEST location!! Since the first week we got our puppy in October, the team at PSP Neenah has been amazing!! Jada walked up to me and completely helped me and is always a huge help when i come visit the store. I can name basically some very awesome staff, Jada, Grace, Erin (she’s a lifesaver!!) and Mel! Tony is very knowledgeable on everything in the store!! . I love coming there and It’s worth the drive. Thank you all for being such amazing staff and helping me with my puppy!!! Not only do the help, but they all give sound advice on what’s best for your pet. Talk about above and beyond!!

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I am still trying to learn everything I can to do what is best for Teddy. Erin was very knowledge and helpful. She assisted me in determining what food would be best for Teddy and even what treats I should avoid giving him. I was lost reading the labels on everything until I talked with Erin. Thank you.

This is an awesome store. Always has what I need, the employees are so helpful and friendly, prices are good. A special shout out to employee Jaden, who is so knowledgeable and makes me feel like a special and valued customer every time I come in. Give that woman a raise! She deserves it!

Staff is always up beat and attentive. Everybody seems to love their job here. This store always has new stuff, you would be surprised because the size of the store but they also have sales and seasonal pet toys. My lab puppy is 6 months old. We brought her to a few places for nail trimmings, safe to say we were still on the hunt for a place until we came here. They did an excellent job and Stella absolutely loved it. Worth driving an extra ten minutes for groomers that take their time with your pet, have sharp enough tools to make a clean cut, while giving great customer service. Make sure you sign up for rewards, I’ve gotten some decent coupons! Pet supplies plus is way better than pet smart and pet co. We always came here growing up as well. Glad to see it’s still the same.

Cali did such a good job grooming my pup! I got the feeling that she truly loves dogs and knows her stuff. She took extra time to help clean/trim her ears to help her avoid ear infections and we really appreciate it.

The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The prices are great and they run deals daily. My dogs love visiting and they treat them like family every time.

My favorite pet store in the area! I always find the products I am looking for and feel confident I am feeding my animals the best foods/treats! Customer service is always excellent.

I recently adopted my dog & wanted to get groomed (not knowing if he has ever been in the past). The ladies that groomed him were SO NICE! I will be bringing Cosmo back to get groomed again. Thank you so much for the care you provided Cosmo 😊

Every time I come in the staff is so friendly with my puppy Willow!! I get the best advice from staff when it comes to grooming, bathing, and other things a new puppy parent may need to know! I walked out with a crate and her goats milk and she walked out with freshly cut nails and a happy tummy from 2 treats which were on the house! Willows gotten so socialized here and I’ve gotten to get her every day needs at affordable prices!! Would definitely recommend especially for first time puppy parents!

I adore this place! I'm here quite regularly to re-up on cat food for my cat and the staff is always soooo amazing, kind, and attentive. The store is always clean and put together, the staff seems to enjoy their work, and the animals & fish look well kept and happy.

I highly recommend this store for whatever you can get for your pet(s) needs!

Great experience for my sweet Tucker! We had taken him to Petco for his first cut & they butchered his cut! Pet Supplies Plus in Neenah did a great job & we got exactly what we asked for! He is soft & silky & smells wonderful! & best yet, his coat is smooth & mat free! We will be back!!

Great groomers who handle my scaredy dog's nail trim with gentleness and compassion! Cali was great today. I use the self service dog wash after and it's a happy dog salon day!

Nice staff and clean location. Nice to have a place close that for preferred pet food.
