Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

So glad this location is open again.. remodel looks good. Food is awesome and the ice cream is too notch... My only complaint this time is the little Manager girl or assistant manager whatever... Although extremely nice to customers, reamed one of her employees for sitting down to eat in front of not only the other employees but in full view and ear shot of customers... I feel she should have called him to the backroom or office for that... Other than that A1!!! ( Update, I caught her name badge on the way out... The Manager's name was Haven... )

First time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a small market in the front, ice cream and treats up front and fast food or drive thru near the back. We got the ice cream mixes where you can add you favorite mix of candy bars etc. Prices are great and service was fairly quick for ice cream.

Very popular spot during softball/baseball season, service was quick, and no mistakes on my order!

I have gone to this Brain's for a while now. So far they have not disappointed. I've ate both their ice cream as well as their burgers and fries. The place is always clean and the food is always fresh and good. The service is not bad at all both inside and through the drive thru. This time I got a double dipped birthday cake waffle cone and it was delicious. I paid for it later but it was worth it. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Perfect place for an older couple to go eat a meal and get a few groceries (and Goodies) before heading back to the home place. I dearly love the #8 Hamburger with Pepper Jack cheese and jalapenos while washing it down with a chocolate shake. Fast and friendly service always with a smile is given out for free. The restrooms were clean every time we were at this store. Definitely our go to "cheap date" place!!

So glad they finally reopened. Had to wait for ice cream but it was so worth it. Parking lot is a little crazy when drive thru is busy.

Staying in Mt Pleasant and went here based on Google’s recommendation. Burgers and fries were hot and tasty. Desserts looked good but we were too full from dinner. Employees were very friendly. Worth stopping by.

We ordered 2 cheese burgers and fries. Very good. They were very nice and polite. The business was clean and nicely set up.

I have been a customer of Braums for over 20 years and have never been treated so wonderful. I am so glad to see they have finally hired management that cares about customer needs. Felisha was fabulous, I had food and groceries so she offered to help me carry everything to my car. That is great customer service. I will be back now that I know I will be treated like I matter. This has not always been the case hence the reason I have not been in Braums in 6 months. Something told me to give you another chance and I'm glad I did. Felisha is an asset to be appreciated and use for a great example of customer service. 👍 👍 for great work.

Clean store, friendly staff, fast service, many delicious treats. I always enjoy Braums, no matter what I choose. My son's favorite is the banana split 😊

My wife and I have passed this place numerous times and finally decided to stop. I can not say anything bad about this place but AMAZING! We both got a number 2 (double burger, fries, drink). My wife opted for the banana split which was huge enough for 2 people. The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and had a smoke on their faces. We will definitely be back again! THANK YOU STAFF!

I love stopping at this location! The staff is almost always upbeat and friendly. Our orders come out accurately and quickly and I think the prices are fair for the quality. You could shop to take groceries home, order food to go and still get it in a timely manner. The shakes and ice cream are very good if you're in the mood for dessert or something sweet.

I get the caramel sundae with no almonds but add pecans plus extra whip cream and extra cherries you gotta tell them every time and usually they're on the money but they have messed up a couple times but they fixed it back up real quick I also try their junior bacon burger and small fries when I need that touch off the grill I get them to add grilled onions to my burger for the kicker and it's smashing I would recommend braums to anyone if you're looking to just snack or dessert and also when you're ready for the meat and potatoes
