Minit Mart

Ok, so I love this store! I am there sometimes 3 times a week. The store is in Scottsville Kentucky, I drive from Westmoreland because I love it. There is a wonderful country store gas station less than 7 minutes from me and I still prefer this station. BTW.. Absolutely loooove the pizza!!!

I had the best experience recently with this store, but especially with Shannyn, one of their employees. It was one of those days for me where nothing seems to go easily, I’m dropping things, and just can’t get my act together. She was so patient with me, and seemed like she wasn’t bothered by my fumbling to get my too big wallet out of my too small purse, and she joked and chatted with me. She was great. I’ve had experiences there in the past with another girl who is so rude to everyone that I won’t go to her if I can at all help it. Now I’ll be crossing my fingers that Shannyn is there whenever I have to stop in! (I only did 4 stars because of the one rude girl, but everyone else is lovely! I don’t recall her name because I refuse to deal with her if I can)

Saturday April 16, 9:30 no breakfast sandwiches! Who wants a pizza at this time and only one muffin! Don’t advertise breakfast sandwiches 2 for $5.00 if you don’t have them. This happens all the time at this location! Ice Tea machine still not working….I’ve seen the sandwiches pulled and put behind the counter and when I asked for one they said they did not have any but the very next customer knew the employee and got two sandwiches. This place needs a custom service manager badly.

Supposed to be open 24 hours, but it rarely is. I got there at 11:45 pm. There's a sign on the door saying temporary store hours are 5 am to 12 am. The workers had already locked the door with customers inside the building. They wouldn't let me in. So now I have to drive 30 minutes to bowling green in the middle of the night. The management is terrible. Go to any other gas station in the area & you'll have a much better experience.

Advertises as a 24 hr gas station but rarely is open 24 hrs. Can't call and see if they're open as they hardly ever answer the phone when they are open. Probably the worse gas station in Scottsville and its the newest one. Poor Management really can tank a place fast.

Their kitchen used to be open 24 hours but they stopped doing that and now you can’t order food 45 minutes before the kitchen I scheduled to close. Also will only accept cash for lottery purchases when any minit mart in any other county will allow you to use credit. Gone really far downhill in the last couple of years
