Canadian Restaurant

We've been coming here off and on for 4 years (Candian) and everyone is SUPER nice and helpful. We didn't make it last year due to conflict with the hotel and it almost happened again this year but the wife was determined. These folks here at Candian Restaurant darn sure make sure you don't ask for seconds lol. This is the 1st time anywhere that they had a WHOLE JUG of syrup!!! Grat place to eat and be. Just passing through Canadian Texas and came across this gem! Almost ate at the DQ next door and glad I did not. Friendly staff. Clean place. Grilled chicken was awesome. Really good salad bar. If I am ever back this way I would stop again!!

Awesome little hometown cafe of which there are few left. If you leave hungry, it’s your own fault and the food is top notch. The owner being a smoke show doesn’t hurt a thing either!

I've been to a lot of different stake houses around Texas. Paid over $30 for a steak sometimes... but the Dinner Steak served here pretty much out does them all. Get it every time. Staff ain't to shabby either. Checkem put if you so happen to be passing threw.

Me and a friend stopped here for lunch on our 1000 mile trip and it was possibly the best and worst decision we made. The food was amazing and the desert didn't leave us eager to get back on the road. The waiter made sure our needs were met immediately and she was very sweet to us. Id recommended anyone stop here for a good meal and a welcoming atmosphere. We need more restaurants like this.

Friendly service. Good food .GOod Sweet tea. Prices very reasonable. Would suggest you check it out .I drive for a living and will be telling other pilot car drivers to stop .when they are hungry.

I love this place. Excellent salad bar, fair prices, good greasy burgers and daily lunch and dinner specials. The waitstaff is sweet and fast. Stop in here if you want something feeling like home cooked.

If your ever in Canadian, TX this restaurant is a must visit place. The food is so delicious !! Even the salad bar is amazing. The staff was so kind and attentive the whole time. Best restaurant food I've ever had !!!!

My family and I stopped here for breakfast during our cross-country trip from NH to the Grand Canyon (that we're still on our way back from as I write this). The customers and staff at this restaurant were some of the most welcoming, friendliest people we've met all trip long. The food is exceptional, and I'm so glad that we stopped in. We've always wanted to visit Texas, and the people at the Canadian Restaurant make us look forward to going back to the Lone Star State as soon as possible.

Classic Texas restaurant serving great greasy burgers, hearty breakfast fare, some Tex Mex, wonderful onion rings, excellent salad bar and several specials throughout the week.

The lunch buffet changes day to day and includes a dessert. My family is really partial to the all you can eat fried catfish for midweek dinner

Wow!!! What an amazing place to eat breakfast. Great food, awesome service, and friendly people all around. Felt right at home in there. I will definitely make it my breakfast place to eat when I am in town... 5 stars is not enough.... Great job guys!!!!

Very friendly staff and all the food is great but the soup is straight up addictive. Very friendly, good natured people both coming in to dine as well as serving the food. 10/10 recommend it to anyone passing through. If you live here then you already know all about it :)
