Andy the owner and Gene the salesman did an excellent job in helping us get a great buy on a trailer with all the options we wanted. We drove 2 hours from home to get a way better price from them than several dealers close to us. They always returned our phone calls and provided great customer service. They both went way above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely buy from them again, and are sharing our experience with anyone we know interested in buying a trailer. Charles in parts and service went above and beyond to help. I’m located in California and the dealer I bought my trailer from here did not help me with ordering the parts I needed for my trailer. So I called the manufacturer and they directed me to Load Pro. Charles worked with me emailing me diagrams and ordered the parts I need and shipped them to me in California. Great experience.

I bought a load trail dump trailer from Andy and gene . The service was great. They made it very easy to get in and out of there and get me what I want took the time to answer all my questions. Once I purchased the trailer they were very good about explaining all the features on the trailer and maintenance and safety stuff. Even after I purchased the trailer weeks later, they still have great customer service, answering any and all of my questions I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a trailer.
