Right after I got in the store and got going on a new phone Eric got overloaded with customers and was over the top in trying to help everyone at once. He was by himself and helping over 4 customers at a time. Also while there people have kids and he was able to assist in entertainment as far as markers and paper for kids to draw. Pretty cool move on his part. I sincerely appreciate the customer service and knowledge of the products. Thank you.

The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. If she didn't have a answer to one of my many questions she was after it until she found one. I was impressed with the way she was helping the folks in front of me as well on my last visit. I was in the store 4 to 5 times before i pulled the trigger on my purchase and the above was consistent with each visit. I can't think of a way it could of been handled better now that I think about it. Very pleased on all fronts.

Shona was very helpful and informative with my transaction. She handled a lady ahead of me with much patience and remained professional. In my opinion she is excellent at her job.

Cassandra was incredibly helpful. We discussed my current plan and worked together to determine a new plan for me. I had researched the phone I wanted and knew exactly what I wanted when I went in there. She was genuinely happy to help me and didn't force me into some absurd contract full of hidden fees and demands.

I left traditional cell service years ago for prepaid because it was extremely cheaper and straight forward with no commitment. I was tired of pushy sales people trying to get me into something that "best suited" my needs. They never had me in mind.

Cassandra was completely different. She was straight with me. Clear and concise. She verified everything before she told me and, though I'm paying $5 more per month now, I have the high end phone I want and the service that really does best suit me.

Cassandra was such a big help getting my phone set up and turned on. I literally handed her my license and debit card and she handed me back a working phone ready to go and set up recurring bill pay for me there in the store. A total 10 on her customer satisfaction and ability to explain every thing I needed to know. Her attitude was awesome and every lady working in that location smiled and greeted me in a way that made you feel appreciated. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Cassandra was so friendly and made sure she got me the best plan I could get for what I wanted! Payed attention to What I wanted to pay also! She had my phone brought to me at my place of residence because she knew I wouldn't have a ride to pick it up later the next day, she went above and beyond for me! I recommend her personally if anyone needs a rep.!

I told her what my problem was, she instantly knew a solution and even gave me an option that saved me money. In addition to helping me, she was training a newer employee (who was doing awesome already) and still greeting new customers as they came in. The store manager Samantha Brink had outstanding customer service. Not only did she make sure we had our phones and fixed our issues,but she stayed an hour past closing time. Fantastic service! Clean store and she welcomed us as we walked in.

Gentry was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed to do. Gentey was very polite, courteous, and helpful. Even though the computers went down she stayed on task and got the job done. Excellent customer service skills.

Service and knowledge were amazing! Nothing to do with the representatives, but was very disappointed that after spending $700 on a phone I was forced, by Samsung, to purchase the plug in for the charging cord to be able to charge the phone!!! Unbelievable!! My 10S came with a screen protector as well as a functioning charging cable included in the price of the phone! Pretty shady business Samsung...I spent an additional $100 on these items!!
