Not a bad place to work. The hours weren’t ideal but manageable. Pay was fine and people were good. I was let go because of technicalities not really anyone’s fault.I had medical issues and my Manager was in the hospital the next day checking on me…Thank you sir!

Went for interview prolly won't get the job

If you would like to be treated like less than a human being this is the place. If you enjoy being in high school along with all of the drama then guess what the management and HR department here will cover that for you. Prepare to never advance, prepare to never use any skill outside of what they want to use you for, and prepare for the daily gaslighting. Remember if you're mistreated or discriminated against its just and i quote "human nature"

Lots of drama between employs and and management. Passive aggressive behavior and games. They will have everyone do 50 hours a week regardless if you have parts or not and expected to help other departments or clean. No sick time and need to put in vacation 2 weeks in advance. Management is horrible they will go out and scream and curse at people but they have a zero swearing policy that is in place only for the lower employees. HR will not investigate or care about the other side just say supervisor is the supervisor. You will be harassed or bullied and expected to take it or you'll be fired. Also no proper ventilation or safety procedures lots of osha violations and if you tell osha they will send you home or fire you. Best part is they pay is horrible and not much room for advancement. How this place stays in business is beyond me.

If it wasn't for the great group of people on the floor (in production), I would have left on my second day. The floor Supervisor has a major problem and does not have the skills to effectively communicate or manage his subordinates appropriately. The pay is horrible. The four-ten-hour shift turns to mandatory Fridays every week. So if you want a job (Just Over Broke) that will NEVER utilize you to your fullest potential, this would be a good fit. Blind leading the blind. The "Leads" are basically used as whipping posts. Typical weld shop though with a HUGE turnover rate. Management will promise you the world and deliver nothing. They will tell you that you can move up quickly, but you won't. A complete waste of time. You're better off bagging groceries or collecting shopping carts. At least those positions would be satisfying in comparison. Two thumbs WAY DOWN!

Poor leadership, poor communication and low concern for safety.
