Jacoby Custom Cues

Amazing people there! Bought a Jacoby Black carbon fiber shaft in 2019 and found a small crack in the shaft. Contacted them and they replaced it with the newest version no questions asked!
They stand behind their lifetime warranty.

I wanted Wisconsin made cue and decided on Jacoby, this is a beautifully finished piece of art and it plays fantastic. Shaft has excellent feel and works amazingly My first leather wrap which took a minute to get comfortable with but I love the look and feel. Ordered cue over the phone with Tony, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Shipped in one day which was awesome!

I ordered a cue today on the phone with a Tony. Tony is friendly, helpful in answering my questions. I shoot with a Jacoby now that I love with the Hybrid edge shaft. I'm actually buying this for my husband because the Ultra Pro shaft will work better for him. They had no problem tapering the shaft down to my specs, and I still can return it if I/he doesn't like it in 30 days. But i know we won't. Can't wait till it arrives.

Theseus are really stand up guys!I have an older to Kobe black shaft that had a ding in it when I was at stage talk to Brandon he said the shaft is unfix able so he give me a brand new shaft for for a small fee!

we have always loved the way Jacoby cues shoot. We had a couple we bought from Jacoby years ago and regrettably sold them. Well, today we bought a couple new ones and will not sell these ever!
