Sonya was my sales lady and she was great. Google should have 10 stars for her service, dedication and attention to detail to customers.

As a first time redwing owner Sonya helped me out a lot understanding how to maintain and take care of my boots! She helped me with patience and going into detail on what products to use and when to use them. Was beyond happy with my visit!

Hesitant to try based on prices but the quality of boot is such an upgrade above anything else I've tried before. The staff did great work in finding the best style of boot addressing issues I had previously. Service was efficient courteous and resulted in buying a great pair of boots. Next pair will be absolutely be Red Wings again.

Haven't been to Red Wing in years for my work boots, but definitely won't make that mistake again. From the time I entered and left the store Sonja was the best. After greeting me her customer service went beyond what I expecting. She walked me step by step with explaining how WE were going to choose the correct boots for me after doing the measurements and diagnostics of my feet. I've never done that process before, but trust and believe it makes a difference. Definitely will be recommending for anyone I know who needs foot wear for work.

The same excellent customer service that I would expect from any Red Wind store. I purchased a pair of boots on the mobile truck and was interested in the tuff toe protection. I was informed that this service is not offered on the truck so I decided to visit this location to have the tuff toe applied. They told me that it would take a couple of days to have this done but this did not bother me at all. When I went to go pick up my boots I saw that whomever applied the tuff toe did a great job and I was very happy with the results. After the tuff toe on my old Red Wing boots held up so well in a harsh work environment, I wanted to make sure I did the same for the new boots I bought.

I came into red wing to replace my shoes. Sonya gave amazing service she lead me to a variety of shoes and helped me pick out one that was great for me. She was very personable and professional hire more like her.

Best experience in purchasing the right shoes for work. Customer service at this location is awesome and very helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for comfortable work shoes and would like to know what's the best option for their feet to pay this location a visit. The lady that works here is very knowledgeable.

Where do I start these two young ladies really blessed and converted me. First off I did not intend to buy a pair of shoes I merely road with my buddy to pick up his work boots. Once in the store I was greeted by Sonya and LaDawn. They immediately helped my friend and was very knowledgeable about the additional perks and services that accompanied the Redwing brand. Again I was not in the market for new work boots I felt fine with my Timberland boots. To my surprise both Sonya and LaDawn asked me a few questions that had me now thinking they showed me their fitting process and new all the specifications for my employer. I was fitted with new boots and absolutely fell in love them. They made sure they fit snug and educated me to the reasons in why the fit was so important. They had great knowledge on the accessories to enhance my Redwing experience. I left outta there so happy that I forgot everything in the store wallet key money etc. These two Ladies are total gems meet them and give them 5 minutes of your time you will not be sorry! Thanks again ladies and Redwing this location is a hidden gem because of who you have working there.

Went in a few weeks ago for a new pair of better fitted insoles and Sonja was super helpful getting me fitted

I had to drive 45 minutes to this store as it was the only one that had the boots I wear in stock. It was worth the drive! Sonya was the most friendly, personable, and knowledgeable Redwing employee I've encountered in over ten years of doing business with them. She was even able to look up all of my past purchases to help with my additional purchase of orthotics, and the best part was that she had bags of goldfish crackers to give to my 3 and 5 year old boys to calm them down when they were starting to misbehave. Sonya may be a relatively new Redwing employee, but in my opinion she sets a standard that all Redwing team members should strive to achieve.

I was pleased with the help I received from Sonya! She was knowledgeable in the products and provided exceptional service!

Just started purchasing work boots from Redwing about 3-4 years ago. Purchased the 5501 Worx boot, 3+ years, very comfortable and most of all durable! I purchased another pair today 06/19/2023. The sales associate (Sonya) mentioned a specific sock, THE PERFORMANCE WORK MOISTURE WICKING SOCK# 23158. OMG! With the 5501 Worx boot........beyond incredible! It literally feels like you’re walking on cushions! It is so comfortable that I just decided to keep them both on. My job requires walking a lot !! This sock with this boot is just amazing! Big thanks to Sonya, she is professional and treats her customers with so much care, she literally spoils you! She is An amazing asset to Redwing, and pretty too😃! I’ve told my entire team about the Homewood Redwing Store! Well worth it!
