Holiday Inn Express Rochelle, an IHG Hotel

We stayed there this past weekend for my daughters cheer competition. The staff was very nice and accommodating considering how busy they were for the weekend. They were always respectful. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, our room was spacious and clean and the pool was fun!

Amazing staff, clean, beautiful rooms! Clean bathrooms! Will go there again on my return trip. Food choices are excellent, and Karen(real name) was friendly and very helpful. To the amazing staff, thank you for the great service. Merry Christmas and want to know who won the contest.

We chose this location as it was our half-way point along our way to our travel destination. The property here was very nice and the staff was exceptional . . . accommodating all of our questions and needs.

Special mention to the night staff from the 16th, the GM and the breakfast kitchen staff Karen who went above and beyond for us and our children!

Very friendly staff. Kinda of in a remote area, but traveling for work, so no big deal. Some restaurant options, but you can drive to Rockford for more food options, it's not too far.

Updated & modern. Nice, clean rooms. Took a minute on how to work the TV, because it just turned, I had to figure out how to select HDM1 option. It was a little confusing & almost had to call the front desk for help.

Breakfast was good. They have homemade oatmeal, one of my favorites. Lots of different choices, for a little breakfast area.

I had a great experience rooms are very clean and staff are great. The breakfast is very good hot and fresh thanks to Karen I enjoy every stay.

During our stay for a wedding we had 3 rooms. Heather and the hotel staff went out of their way to facilitate my 92 year old handicapped father and his older sister. They worked hard to locate appropriate rooms all in a single wing and that all our needs were met. Always a smile and a helpful attitude. Great job!! Thank you!!

They offer a CDL discount, clean quiet rooms, friendly staff, heated pool, workout room, and good breakfast. Wendy's and McDonald's are within walking distance. If you're looking for alcohol, the road ranger across the highway sells some.

Great friendly staff especially Ms. Raina who knows how to communicate and handle any situation even when the elevator kept breaking down she was smiling and pleasant. They are lucky to have her and so were we. THANK YOU!

We had an excellent stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our large group. We came in for a cheer competition and they were very attentive every step of the way. from extra towel pools, to assistance in lounge during team dinners. The rooms themselves were very nice and clean. I enjoyed the layout of this hotel as opposed to other holiday inns I have stayed at.

Wow! This hotel understands that little details matter! Exceptionally clean, family friendly with board games available to borrow. Complementary cookies on arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful, esp. the breakfast staff.
Stop here when you are traveling, you won’t be disappointed.

And I had pleasant experience working here too. The higher-ups were super nice and extremely helpful and accommodating in all matters. Shout out to Brooke, the Head of housekeeping! You made everything so easy and chill!
If you show up for them, they certainly show up for you. Just don't take these wonderful ladies for granted because they work so hard everyday to make sure that hotel is up to speck.

Me and my boyfriend had to make a last minute stop and this was the closest hotel to us. Was I surprised! Tyler and rayna were both very pleasant and welcoming. They made me laugh. Lobby was clean. Customer service was great. The room was super clean!! Definitely will be coming back again if I’m ever in the area.

This hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Super friendly staff(Especially Karen the breakfast attendant), clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, AMAZING hot breakfast with tons of options. We stayed here with 11 people and everyone enjoyed all of the above as well. Even a free flower for Mother’s Day!❤

Family and I stayed here a couple of days ago. As usual, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and nice, amenities are plenty. Staff was friendly, water gets hot, and pressure is great. Would stay here again!
