Wissota Chophouse - Neenah / Appleton

The steaks were great! Sides are chosen separately and are enough for 2 people. I would definitely return. It is pricier than your average restaurant but so worth it. Huge selection of drinks. The wine was great. The only item we did not care for was the lobster bisque. Not sure what we expected but not our thing.

Very pleased to have spent my birthday at this amazing new location. The food and service here was absolutely spectacular. It is definitely on the expensive side but it is also a treat you should give yourself. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who’s looking to go “all out” for a night. Amazing choices of wine and mouthwatering steaks. I had to pleasure to enjoy their A5 Japanese Wagu Beef, which was a lifetime opportunity that will forever be a wonderful memory.

The food was amazing! Would definitely come again! My only regret was that I couldn’t eat more! 10/10!!

Crab cakes are the best in town, dinner was very good. Impressive service and staff.

Stopped in tonight for a ribeye and French onion soup. Both were outstanding. The steak cut was uniquely seasoned and delicious. The soup likewise.

What a surprise to find this gem completely by accident. Definitely worth a repeat!

Some of the best cuts of meat around, was really impressed. Steak and pork chop were both really well prepared, very flavorful.

Our group came to celebrate an engagement. When we arrived the staff had champagne waiting for us and our table was ready (even though we were really early) and they were genuinely excited/happy to see us. The staff was phenomenal, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was very relaxing. We sat for a long time and just enjoyed our evening. Thank You Wissota Chop for an awesome time!

The risotto here is amazing. Make sure to try it if you eat here. It is a large serving and most of their "for two" menu items are very generous and made for a fun dinner with my wife. We ordered (to share) a salad, a charcuterie board, and the risotto and it made for a large enough meal for both of us with leftovers. We were glad that we didn't order a steak (would have been too much food). With two happy hour drinks the entire meal was about $60. So, while some of their prices (steaks!) are a bit high, they also offer more reasonable menu options that are very tasty and have generous portions. And if you do want to splurge on something more expensive then those options are there too.

The food was very well prepared and flavorful. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was fun.

Holy Cow! A hidden gem connected to our hotel. The bartender, Walter is fantastic! 30 beers on tap and the Fried Alligator and sauces!!! I want to drink them. So tasty. And so happy we are here for happy hour.

Key word here is fun! Great staff, food and talented servers and creative bartenders make u feel “at home”. The decor is high end. The 45 day old dry aged ribeye is wonderful and so big u can share. The happy hour saves 50 percent off wine and craft beer 4-6 even the weekends can’t be beat! They have 30 plush selections of beer and the finest wines!

The food was incredibe, the service was attentive and friendly. Our steaks were so juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. While eating my steak my mouth was still watering, it was that good. Top notch!

Had a great experience treating myself to the Taps and Tapas special. The food was amazing, the service at the bar was great and there was a good variety of beer. Will have to go back to try other menu options.

Had dinner and drinks with a group of colleagues. Appetizers are unique and portions are generous. The entrees were the shining star, perfectly cooked steaks and side dishes. Service was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Looking forward to coming back.

They had a large selection of drinks so you're guaranteed to find something that suits your taste! The steak was hands down the best steak I've had in my life (and I'm from the Beef State)! The mashed potatoes were also excellent! The service was quick and friendly!

We had an amazing dinner tonight! Landon was a great server; very attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic. Calvin is a great manager. Made sure that everything was perfect. He worked very hard in the kitchen to get things out on time. Everything tasted amazing, and I will definitely be back again! Prices are very reasonable for what they are serving.

We brought my mom here to celebrate her finishing law school, and I couldn't recommend it more! The food was very fancy and incredibly tasty, definitely worth the price. The service was as expected for the times we're currently going through and the business of the place, no complaints there. The decorations, layout, and aesthetic were very fitting and made the place very comfortable and nice. 10/10!

I was finally able to have dinner at the Wissota Chophouse, located inside the Cobblestone Hotel and was not disappointed. I had read about the various other locations in Wisconsin and was excited that a location was opening in Neenah, and decided to schedule a dinner with some of my coworkers to check it out. The staff was amazing, from the moment we walked though the big green doors. We all arrived at separate times, so we met at the bar and had a couple glasses of wine. The bar staff was very knowledgeable of what wines were on the extensive list and could describe, in detail, the styles. As we were all gathering, I overheard the GM go over the new beers that were on tap, with a group of the servers, and teach them a few bullet points about them, which was very cool to see. After we all had arrived and gotten a glass of wine/cocktail, we were seated and we told, in detail, all the items on the menu. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on all the items on the menu and answered any questions that we had. We all ordered (get the Kansas City Strip, you won't be disappointed) and received our food in the fashion that we ordered it....kudos to the kitchen staff! My table talked, laughed, and ate well, and we were never allowed to have empty glasses of wine or water. Everything from start to finish was wonderful and I highly suggest the Wissota Chophouse for great food and drinks and will be returning in the future.

Beautiful patio for summer happy hours; they have awesome beer and wine selections! I also appreciate the fun seasonal cocktails. Love the food as well, perfect place to enjoy a nice steak dinner or simply have drinks and a fun appetizer. The pan seared scallops with orange basil butter are a must try!
