Koslo Park Apartments

We lived in this place for 4 years and have had a positive experience with it (aside from neighbors). The apartments are very well kept, the property is well maintained. Chris, the landlord, is definitely a great guy. He's very profession and prompt. I've chatted with him a few times here and there and definitely a cool guy to talk to. You always see him running around building to building so you know he's quite a hard worker. During winter, he's up and early getting all the parking lots clear. During summer, they have people keeping up the lawns.

The management is also not too bad and are professional. After we've moved out and our contract was officially ended, we were charged for the following month by mistake. We contacted Chris about it and their management followed up very quickly to refund our money right way. For an apartment of this size, they do pretty good job.

If you do live here, treat everyone with respect and help keep the place maintained. We've had experiences with different managements and landlords and this place is definitely a keeper.

The manager/landlord on site is super fast to pick up phone calls or respond back. He is very informative and helpful whenever in need. He keeps everything professional and makes you feel like you're at home. Otherwise, the location is great and neighborhood is lovely! Definitely recommend!

Lived here for a few months now and really enjoy it. Great management. Landlords are friendly and understanding. Repairs are done quickly. Very family friendly location. No complaints!

Chris did a great job looking after the residents and the property. Any concern or problem I had with my apartment, he handled swiftly and professionally.

Nice location

First I just want to say, Chris who is the Manager, has been nothing but kind, respectful, helpful, and responsive. Anything negative I am about to say is all Northern Management. The majority of my stay at Koslo Park was under another company, but this new one is crooked. The buildings are older - that includes all appliances and shared laundry (I’ve included photos). But the cheaper rent (I started at $665) made putting up with that seem worth it. Since Northern took over, they are charging between 200-300 more per unit, but you see no improvements. The horrible laundry went from $1 to $1.75, again with no improvements. But what got me the most is how they now charge for water. Instead of it being included in rent, it’s now split equally amongst each unit. That means if you are one person, you pay as much as an entire family. That simply isn’t right. They also included on the lease that you can’t move out in winter, and have to give a 60 day vacating notice, but still claim that you can rent month to month after a year. Hmm. They also only have two garbage and one recycling dumpsters. This leads to constant trash everywhere around that area. All these things combined were enough to make me leave, which I was sad to do. This complex is in a nice location, nice neighbors, and Chris is great. But Northern Management ruined it for me and many others.

Can’t even fix washers and dryers after a month of them being broke. Charged us 200 extra dollars to live here but can’t keep up maintenance. Pathetic
