Alamo Rent A Car

Mark at the Alamo/National desk at Peoria Intnl Airport was unbelievably helpful. After a long day of flight cancellations & delays, we eventually made it to Chicago. We needed to be in Peoria the next morning for Mom's funeral. So, we needed to rent a car in Chicago to drive to Peoria to pick up our prepaid Alamo rental before the counter closed. Mark, in Peoria made it effortless for my wife & me on both Alamo rentals: from Chicago to Peoria, and the prepaid Peoria rental. THANKS Mark for being a bright star us at a very difficult time!

Chicago to Denver. Dalton in Denver who is with Enterprise but helping out at Alamo, was phenomenal. He should be teaching others a thing or two about customer service. Dalton was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, engaging and just a really nice person to deal with after a long flight.

Renting from Alamo was easy! I made the reservation online and when I got to the counter to pick my car up the service was good. There were no problems. The representative went over the contract agreement. Dropping off the car was easy as well. I would use Alamo again!

Maria aka..angel from above....best customer service experience after such a grueling drive back home from Miami to Chicago....especially after her dealing with a really bad customer who slammed his hand on the counter demanding a free upgrade. She took care of me with patience, kindness and concern. Give her a raise!

I reserved my vehicle online and when I got to the counter I had no problems checking out. Customer service was very courteous and took care of me very quickly. This is one of the reasons why I continued to go back to Alamo.

5 rentals in past 6 months, I setup my car on their website, I am normally in and out in less than 8 mins, car is clean with no issues, I have even been upgraded from a full size car to an SUV for free, drop off keys and go for check out with no hidden fees, I am an Alamo Insider member so I even save a little on my rental

Easy to deal with.

Car was great,very clean,no issues.But I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to pick up my car even know I had reserved it already. My flight was in at 7:30am and they didn't open up until 10am.First of all knowing you had a reservation pick up but couldn't have someone there,I was really close to just going to Avis next door who actually was open.And secondly there was a family next to me who did go to Avis cuz you all were closed.

They didn't have any cars for the entire week.
