Juan was super awesome at explaining to me what was going on with my phone and hooked me up with a brand new phone so that I can continue to take care of my customers. If you ever need anything Juan is the guy to guy to talk to!!

Juan is helpful in his business. I'm glad to live near by Macomb ILLINOIS.
I had several questions he answered and he is a great person to know. He has a lot of knowledge of phones and service on phones.

I was there around 4:30 and out of there around 4:50 pm.

I chose to bring my internet and mobile business over to Verizon from Comcast because of some frustrating issues with Comcast. One reason I chose Verizon is because, unlike Comcast, Verizon has chosen to invest in our community with a bricks-and-mortar store and by employing actual human beings. One such person who was incredibly helpful was Juan S. He gave me the personal attention and time need to make sure that everything was done correctly and thoroughly. (Shout out to Jacob L. for providing back up support as we processed the new contract). I came in frustrated, and Juan's helpful, calm demeanor turned it all around. Thank you, Juan, for making this process smooth, and for your professionalism.

He even returned my call promptly and helped me make changes to my previous order to ensure that I got the perfect device for me! Blake is awesome!!! He made the transition to a 14 easy and fast! The staff at the Macomb store are welcoming and courteous.

I needed a new phone and a new line and Krista helped me with no hesitations! She helped set me up with a new phone for a great price and even went as far as to help my other family members with their phones as well. Krista is very knowledgeable with phones and the Verizon company and all the things within. I am very lucky to have had her help!!

I just want to give a huge shout out to this store, very clean and organized, wait time was great, time spent in store was the shortest time I have ever spent in a cell phone store! But most if all I want to thank "Krista" for going up and beyond in her customer service skills, she took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the cheapest solution available. Juan was very easy to work with and understood my needs! I've been to many Verizon's over the time and I've always dreaded going. Coming into TCC Verizon today was different, Juan knew exactly what I needed and made it work. He was very intelligent knowledgeable, and funny! He was even able to recover my old information back from my old phone I had broken! GO SEE JUAN!

Billy was absolutely fabulous. Couldn't have asked for a better representative for Verizon. He was very helpful & patient. Made my new purchase a lot of fun. He is the best I've ever dealt with. My phone was completely dead & he did a fantastic job in retreating my information. He was EXCELLENT!!!!!

Krista helped me find a new plan for half my previous bill from US Cellular. Amazing customer service, took care of changing all of my information over which I thought was going to be a hassle but she did it flawlessly. She was exceptionally helpful when consulting before switching, during the transfer and even after if I had any questions or issues. Very Knowledgeable, wouldn’t go to anyone else!!
