I gave up better pay, my vacation time, and a decent company. I asked multiple times before leaving my prior employer about start and end times. There are so many driving opertunities out there, it never pays to BS a driver. Happily employed at a new company in days.
Positive side:
Office staff is friendly
Owner has mild mannerism
Truck wsd well kept
On-site fueling & maintenance
Indoor parking for trucks
Negative side:
Hour's can be from 4 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday (depending on their plan)
Training was okay the first three days, after that I would have been better off on my own.
