Budget Car Rental

Renting a car from Budget at the Greater Peoria Airport was quick and painless. The lady at the counter was super to deal with. The car was easy to find in the parking lot, it was clean, and I had no problems with it during the rental period.

Great experience had my car ready early was able to add on an extra day, staff was excellent and no long waiting line, car was clean and rode excellent! 10 out of 10

I was a little late due to my flight, but I was able to get in and out quickly, and even got some advice on places to eat as well from the friendly reps as well.

5-Stars to Budget’s staff at PIA (Wayne Downing International Airport of Peoria, IL). They found us a vehicle that more than met our needs for our 7-member Thanksgiving outings when Enterprise/Alamo reneged on our confirmed reservations (I made a second reservation at Alamo after Enterprise reneged, not knowing they are corporately one company).

The staff at Avis was awesome!!!!
After dealing with Hertz and their terrible service for two hours, a $159 cab bill and still with no rental. (Long story... but Hertz sucks)
Anyways, I had to go back to the airport and find another rental car that was available at 8pm. And they gal at the Avis counter was so helpful!
I would definitely recommend using Avis!

I have used this company & location 3 times now & every time it has been such a simple and enjoyable process. Even in times when companies are canceling cars day before pickup, there was never a concern with this place. The mini van was impeccable and made travel so easy. Connie at the front desk was there for both pickup & drop off and such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely rent from again.

Budget was the only car rental place I could find that would let me rent one way to La Crosse. The car was clean, comfortable, and ran well. The counter agent was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very convenient, easy process.

I booked a package deal that included my rental car, but it was only an economy size. With the winter weather hitting on Illinois the Budget rental representative offered me a small SUV upgrade for $5 a day. What an amazing help that was. I felt blessed that Budget cared about my safety. I highly recommend Budget.

I secured my rental through Priceline. Arriving at the airport, checking in at the rental desk & leaving with the keys took a grand total of 5 min. Representative was a gem!

Five star experience! Curt was amazing from before I picked my car up to when I brought my car back. I called him in a panic from the Destin airport on a late flight and was afraid I wouldn’t have a car when I got there. Curt assured me he would not leave Peoria and would make sure I got a car and he totally put my mind at ease. He was warm and personable when I picked up my car and remembered me when I came back. I was traveling for my Mom’s memorial service, he remembered, and even asked about my family. You have a five star representative in Curt!
