I have had a lot of struggles with insurance companies, ripping me off and not doing what they say, and not explaining things to me to where I understand! But this time working with Brian was an absolute Pleasure. I was not only able to understand the insurance coverage and everything that I received, but understood How my policy works. Brian, from the Macomb office is awesome! He is very kind and does everything he can do to help you get the coverage you need. After our 1st talk about how much everything would be, he would check in from to time til I was able to get the money. He is fantastic!!! He even took the time to talk to me about life insurance for my son. I highly recommend!

I am not good with change but they have been great from the very beginning after taking over for Tony Ensenberger. I have been quite pleased with them. I have been with State Farm for many years and have compared other insurance companies several times and they are hard to beat.

Chris was so helpful and was able to save me almost a hundred dollars...Excellent customer service.. Brian was excellent in helping me set up a life insurance policy. He answered all of my questions so that I was able to understand exactly what my policy was doing and was able to give me some clarification on my other policies as well.Once again excellent customer service from the Derek Zahm agency.
