Euphoria Aerial Arts & Dance Studio

I love being an instructor at Euphoria. It is a super fun and welcoming environment to learn about how the art of pole dancing can be an amazing workout. If you have been wanting to try a new fitness routine or maybe you are bored with your current fitness classes. Then step outside the fitness box and come try pole fitness.

I love Euphoria and always will. I feel so much stronger than I ever have before!

Unethical and inconsiderate company
I had my C-section surgery in March and I was looking for a dance class to keep myself active during postpartum. I found Euphoria and booked their 10 weeks pole dancing class for $175 in July. I couldn't go to the class immediately as I and my husband were in the process of selling our home and moving into a new home, and we were figuring out babysitters during the week/weekend since we both work full-time. Once every thing was settled, I drove to the pole dancing class in September. After waiting for 15 minutes outside their door, I called the owner who told me that they had "forgotten" to notify me that there was no class on that day since the instructor was out for wedding. I was not happy with their unprofessionalism (since I had already called babysitter for that hour), but I didn't stress much about it. Then unfortunately I had C-section infection the following week and I had to take PTO from my work to run to prompt care and visit OSF wound infection clinic. The infection took about 3 weeks to finally heal. Last Sunday, I texted the instructor that I will join my first pole dancing class but she responded that I need to buy new class again because my 10 week class passes have expired and that I was supposed to come to class within 90 days and my money was not gonna be refunded! When I told her that I did come to class in September but they were closed and I wasn't informed at all, and that I had c-section infection and requested them if they could enroll me- they said they cannot because it is their policy! What an unethical company. They need to learn that they gotta be considerate and compassionate to clients especially when it's a health issue. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.
