Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy and painless rental. Did everything online. Did not have to stop at the counter. Went straight to the desk on the lot, showed my ID, and we were off to our car. Taxes at DFW were basically 50%. That's right, taxes and fees were half of the cost of the rental. I enjoy Texas, but that is just plain out of control taxation.

This was my first time renting a car. They were incredibly patient with me and explained everything so well that I had absolutely no issues finding the parking area, understanding the terms, etc.

The crew was very prompt and professional. The entire process was painless. I can't wait to work with them again.

I have been using Enterprise frequently for about 25 years. The enterprise location at the Peoria Illinois Airport is great. The staff is always pleasant and always willing to assist you if you have any questions. I was up in Peoria last month because my mother had passed away, and I accidentally forgot, mom and dad’s house key and it was on my enterprise rental key ring. I called the Peoria airport location and they went above and beyond by locating the key and sending it to me free of charge. This is one of the many reasons I use Enterprise , I have never had an issue with them

I have used this company a few times & always at the Peoria airport. It has ALWAYS been so seamless & simple. Literally 6 minutes to walk in, say my name, give my card & leave with a pristine vehicle. The customer service is so efficient & friendly as they give you their direct number to call should you need anything. We used Costco to get the best deal & enterprise was by far the best one with that. $626 for a 2023 Pacifica minivan for 9 days. Unbeatable! Will always use this company time and time again!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Peoria Airport in Illinois is AWESOME! Bonnie Garcia had me on my way in my wonderful rental car mere minutes after our plane landed. Our departing flight home was delayed but the Enterprise phone representative was very helpful in extending my rental for a few more hours so we could spend more time with my family instead of sitting at the airport. Our trip started out with a delayed flight at the beginning and connecting flight. We arrived at PIA and Mark Montiel, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at this airport. He was quick and got us our rental in an expedite manner, so we could be on our way to my sister-in-law, for the Thanksgiving holiday. He deserves a gold star. Thank you again Mark for being a great customer service representative.

Enterprise at PIA literally SAVED the day!!! Shout out to Mary C for being absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Would 10/10 work with them again! Mary was was so incredibly patient and kind, and she helped us get home after a very stressful day. She definitely deserves a bonus for providing above and beyond customer service at 11:30pm at night!

I waited about 30 minutes for a car. I had ordered a small SUV which they said they didn’t have. They offered me many alternatives...minivan, sedan...they ended up giving me a larger/nicer SUV which had not been cleaned but I said I didn’t want to wait any longer for them to clean it. It turned out fine. I love Enterprise.

I rented a standard size car at the Peoria Airport and was upgraded to an SUV just because I asked if there were any other options. The service was fast and easy. On my return, I literally returned the car within 5 minutes from parking to counter and out the door. I am super happy with Enterprise, especially this service counter and will always choose them in the future.

My guy, Mr. Russ hooked me up even though I forgot my credit card...quick service and no BS...it only took about 5 days of airing out the car for it to start smelling normal. not sure what they are spraying in the rental cars to "kill Covid" these days but it is pretty stanky....

I always use Enterprise and the people at the Peoria location are great! They are very thorough and helpful no matter what time of day or night your flight is taking off or arriving. I've never had any issues with getting the vehicle I want and they usually have upgrades available if you decide you want something a little bigger or nicer. Check them out!

I reserved a car online through enterprise. When we got there the attendant gave us a few options on which vehicle was available. He was very kind and courteous. We were in and out of there in literally 5 min. Returning the car was even faster. I am definitely going to rent from Enterprise again!!!

The staff were very helpful and made it a very good experience. Pickup and drop off was easy and convenient.

Always try to use Enterprise, call 800#, my rental was handled professionally & quickly. Was upgraded on site @ airport, Professional all around, the airport clerk was friendly & fun to deal with. Car return was just as quick & great experience. Wouldn't expect anything less.

Customer service was excellent!! I had a bad experience at the other location located on Pioneer Parkway. But, when I decided to go with the enterprise at the airport, I was greeted with a smile and I was satisfied with the vehicle!! I would recommend using this location without any hesitation!!! Good price, got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. The Peoria airport staff were friendly and quick. Very nice smaller airport, very easy car pickup and return.

As usual, it was an easy, great experience. Vehicle was immaculate. Service was great. They had a few vehicles available at the level we reserved, and offered us the choice. We picked a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, which was a great vehicle.
