Always fresh, not as fast during lunch so plan to come before the rush.

Seemed as though the team was a bunch of college kids, they were very respectful, fun and great to eat with there conversations in the background. I would definitely eat at this Wendy's again.

Everything was great except for an employee's attitude towards two other employee's. The one gal was helping/training a young man, when a growley lady came up putting them down. Then took my order and bashed the good two.

Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. The guy working the drive through was great. Very polite.

The workers at the window are always very kind and professional whenever I go. The fries are fresh whenever I go late at night, which is great since most places in town just care about speed and not food quality. I don't mind waiting so that the food can be fresh and hot, and they seem to get that.

Good was not good. Good had no flavor and was cold. The restaurant was very dirty as well. Employees were very nice but didn't seem to concerned about dirty tables

Wendy’s is by far one of the best fast food joints there is. Their food just seems better prepared than most other chains. Baconator won my heart many years ago. Unbeatable!

Wow ! Best Drive thru service kindness.

Been here probably every other week for the last year and only 1 slow service experience in that time, the rest was all good. They definitely deserve a better rating than the 3.8 showing. Clean seating area, clean drink station, clean condiment counter, polite staff, food has always been good. If ya have to do fast food in Macomb and you want a decent burger, avoid the other clowns. Wendy's burger is a little greasy but the taste of a real burger is still there.

I have always had nice experiences here, but last night was by far the best. I went through the drive through and ordered three chicken sandwiches. The guy told me it would be about a 4 minute wait on the chicken and I said I was fine with that. After pulling forward and waiting for a few minutes, he brought out my food and offered me and my boyfriend free frosties for our wait. I was so flattered that they were willing to take care of us even after I agreed to wait! Costumer service at its finest!

Great food and great prices. Wendy's is the most hospitable fast food restaurant I have been in. The restaurant is immaculate. The bathroom is clean and always stocked. They offer fantastic money saving coupons by mail and on the app. The menu is always adding new and creative sandwiches, sides, salads and even drinks. I have read the reviews and some people seem to expect a lot from a fast food restaurant. Thank goodness for some of your customers that you don't put their picture up and review their attitudes and behavior.

No carry out at this time, drive thru only. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. We ordered a single, plain with no bun and it was prepared exactly as requested, and served in a plastic tray with a knife and fork. Very thoughtful and respond

Nice service lady at the counter, happy, smiling, polite. Place was clean and we really liked the small tables and wide chairs by the artificial but beautiful fire place. The seating layout has three styles and 2 tv's angled perfectly.

I ordered a Jr. Bacon cheesburger and a chili cheese baked potato, with a berry cherry ice tea. Alll were hot and delicious, the ice tea tasted great. There were only a couple other customers at the time, the cashier finished her shift and left, a woman came out and wiped off tables, cleaned glass, and dusted off signs in the hallway to the bathrooms. I had a great meal and pleasant visit.

Baconater and fries were good.

Food was delicious. No waiting. Very clean! Nice atmosphere. (It was a Friday night at 8pm) I would eat there again and recommend it.

even though I had to wait awhile because there were so many people there....my order was complete and everyone was nice!!! thanks Wendy's keep up the good work!

The food is always great and quick. Love the app so I can order ahead and pick up at the window.

Idk if she is the gm or not but a female manager was super nice and sweet to my son when we were eating by the fire.
