Talk to Alex. Was very nice and answered all my questions while I juggled talking to my parents on the phone about options. Ended up going a different route but the staff provided excellent customer service!

As I told Luke today I have never had a bad experience in US cellular.
And once again today was not a bad experience. Thank you Luke you didn't wonderful job.

I have always had great customer service at the Macomb Store. No one has ever talked down to us or tried getting out of helping . We have had some very bad experiences with the Canton Store and have always ended up back at Macomb where they actually helped us. They explain things so we know exactly what's going on. Everyone has always gone above and beyond
for us and we really appreciate that. Definitely great customer service!!

Great customer service! Zach was very knowledgeable about the products and services and he even ran past their normal closing time just so he could get my girlfriend's phone set up for her. Great people here fast and friendly service!

I love us cellular I have really good service the only thing is they don't have 24 hour customer service I have tried to get a hold of someone about getting my new phone activated online and I can't get a hold of anyone because I couldn't get the order to go through because it's 11pm and no one is available

The customer representative took time to answer our questions. He was very polite and positive. We did not have a long wait.

Both kids phones quite at same time so had to get them new one, it was a tragedy to be without there phone's, I guess I'm old I remember my parents had a rotary phone

Came back to get my fiance a new phone because Andrew P was such a big help last time. This time we worked with Steve and the service was pretty bad. We didn't understand all of the bill changes that would happen and instead of trying to explain, he just texted on his personal phone or staired at us.

Will come back ONLY to work with Andrew.

I like the company of US Cellular, but our store...is slow on a usual day.
Now is covid issues. But, 3 workers and they are only allowing 1 person in at a time. Our "30 min" wait has been one hour now. And we are 2nd in line.

Too slow getting paid & out of store.

Not happy about deceptive selling techniques.

Been dropping off my US Cellular bill payment here for a long time in their drop box. Have had issues on more than one occasion when the payments are not being processed in a timely manner when they are dropped off three days in advance of the due date. There by creating a late fee because their not processing payments from the drop box in a timely manner. When I contacted the store about this issue, the girl admitted that they may overlook processing payments on a daily basis because they are so short staffed, and only open four hours on Sundays. That's not the customers problem.
