2 years after the service call, I continuously called this company throughout the year 2023 to get warranty information on his equipment. The pex piping that was installed was flaking and corroding prematurely and without cause. Never had these issues for nearly 30 years in this house. But I wanted to update the basement plumbing on a whim and They did the service call.

After over 30 attempts in calling and leaving numerous voicemails for a call back. There was no response. I went to this location several times after watching him walk into the building. Knocked on the door with no response and he refused to answer when I clearly watched him walk into the building.

It's pretty obvious that the pex piping was old/used and not new and not within mfg warranty. Had to replace everything he installed. This could have been a simple extra service for him to do the warranty replacement for the parts, if they were newly bought.. As the Pex and fittings are warrantied for 3 years. The issue was within that warranty policies.
