Chris and Alicia at Macomb’s Auto Zone store were wonderful today. My car battery had died, and Auto Zone was open on Sunday, when almost no one else was. Alicia patiently answered all my questions, and Chris installed the new battery in my car on a cold snowy afternoon. I’m very grateful to them both for rescuing me from a stressful situation.

I went in after getting a misguided diagnostic on my breaks from Moore Tires. Shawn at AutoZone listened intently to my parts order (pads and calipers) and after asking a few questions recommended I get a second opinion. He recommended a few reliable mechanics in the area. The one I visited not only made time to look at my vehicle and give me an appropriate diagnosis and parts recommendation but showed me what I needed to do in the shop as well as what tools I’d need. The service at AutoZone and Webb Automotive was incredible. Thank you again Shawn!

Stopped in to pick up a part I ordered. Went back out to my truck and it wouldn't start. Chris spent a good half hour helping me get it started. This is what keeps me coming back to the Macomb AutoZone!! Employees are amazing at this location.

I never leave reviews, but the manager yesterday went above and beyond to help me even though they were absolutely swamped. She was awesome to work with, and I couldn't be more appreciative.

I didn't know how to check my brake fluid and my brake light had flashed a couple of times over the weekend. My son recommended that I stop at Auto Zone and someone would check it for me. That's exactly what happened. I stopped, within 5 minutes one of the staff checked my fluid and told me it was fine. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Appreciated the help and the honesty!

Ethan C. is an excellent example of a customer service based employee. He is efficient, very knowledgeable, and has a relaxed, humorous personality. He was extremely helpful and raised my spirits. Please give him a raise! He most definitely deserves it.
