Ace Hardware

I went there an number of times. They are friendly and eager to help. I did buy lot of fertilizers and putting soils. I did buy heater from them for non profit organization. They are little pricey than Walmart or other similar stores.
But love to see them serve here in a small city like macomb.

They always have what I need. My dad recently purchased me two carbide tipped bits and they were the wrong size. I didn’t have my receipt as they were a gift and the exchange was smooth and fabulous! Love this store and Mikey P. Is excellent!!

Every time you walk in the door at Ace hardware you're greeted with a smile and a service oriented attitude it's just so nice I can't tell you how many times I go in there just for that old fashioned customer service attitude. I love all the staff there. So many places these days make you feel like you're an imposition LOL

Was politely asked for help when I entered by the pro desk and design center store was neat clean items were well displayed and easy to find. you know you get the feeling that people are well trained there if you have any interaction with them.

As soon as you walk in the door, someone is there to assist you. Even if you are not exactly sure what is needed to complete the job, the knowledgeable staff there will point the way with solid recommendations. You get in and out fast.
