I drive an hour and a half to get my hair done here. The prices are very fair. Tina always makes my hair look great, and she's an awesome soul to know. There's a good vibe in Michaels. I Love to see and talk to Angie & mama Lydia too!

We have been going to Micheals for almost 25 years. The service is great, All of the beauticians are highly trained and treat you like family. Highly recommend.

I went to get a haircut for the first time in 4 years, I had 12 inches cut off and my stylist did absolutely phenomenal! She listened to what I wanted and was super friendly. I will definitely be back to see her when I need more done!

I forgot his name, bit I had a man and he made my 7 year old so comfortable! He kept up a convo the whole time and even dealt with her hair with such perfection! Made my daughters first haircut spectacular!! Will be back for her ears to be pierced!

I went to Michael's Hair Designers for the first time and I am glad that I did. I have PTSD so it is a struggle for me to go to new places and be around people, especially when I don't know them. But I lucked out and got an appointment with Angie who was super friendly and attentive. She did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. I will absolutely be going back.

Conveniently located in the adorable Macomb downtown, this salon is convenient as well!! Taking just a little over an hour, as expected, the price was more than fair. Absolutely loved my experience at this salon. I hadn't cut my hair for over 3years and it was awesome they were as excited as I was to make a change. The attitude of the people that work there is super friendly. The price is reasonable also. I will definitely go back and recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a stylish new look !

Rick is the absolute #1 hairdresser in Macomb. Super friendly, and sure knows how to cut hair, no matter the gender of the customer! The atmosphere of the store itself is just lovely, everyone is very kind and friendly. I grew up in a big city and have been to loads of hairdressers, but this one in a small town is my favorite. Ask for Rick!

Very satisfied with my services! I came to this salon for the first time as a walk-in. They seemed busy but made a point to find someone available for me. I did not have to wait long. They have very good customer service and the prices are appropriate for the services received. I paid $85 for my cut and color. Amber was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I was very nervous as this was a new place for me and the only other salon I have been to since I was probably 12 in my home town. She made me feel very comfortable, even offering me a soda. She put me at ease and made me a very happy customer with my cut and color. The place is clean and very professional. I would recommend Michael's to anyone!

I have been a client of this salon for more then 23 years. I have primary used one stylist, however I have and would use anyone who is employed at this business. The staff are very friendly and open to any and all suggestions. Never have I been talked into something I haven't wanted. Customer service is exemplary, and this salon is clean and neat at all times. Walks in are always welcomed with open arms. If you come as a new client, you will never have a reason to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Michael's to anyone looking for an awesome place to get a haircut. Their additional services are unlimited, from waxing to nails, to hairstyles for entire wedding parties. You will not be disappointed.

Go here for all haircuts, coloring, eye brow waxing, everything they provide; not only for myself but also all 5 of my kiddos. My grandma went here for a long time and my mom goes here for everything as well. I have had nothing but the best experience here. They are all so friendly and though I haven’t taken all 5 kiddos in at the same time, when I have a couple of them with me they are very nice to them.

Ricky (or ey) was so helpful and had such great conversation as well! I came in with very dark hair and he helped lighten it up! So amazing! I’m sure the other stylists are very good as well! Will definitely come back here!

The salon is a very profession atmosphere with a great team that is always smiling and ready to consult with every person. I received a great service. I got my eyebrows shaped and also a desigm haircut and loved every minute! I highly recommend Michael's Hair Designers to everyone.

I was a a walk in treated very nicely. The young lady helped me out big time! I had balding spots from my medicine I'm on. Emily helped cover them up with my hairstyle!

I love this place. I get my hair cut and colored here and my eyebrows done flawlessly my color lasts and the stylists know what they are doing. My favorite stylist name is Marina. They are friendly and get a lot of walk ins.

The best in town in my opinion. But I only go to one stylist there. And not as often as I should: my hair is a mess again :)

Friendly staff who listen to your ideas and will help steer you in the right direction. If you choose a style that just won't work with your hair, they will let you know instead of just doing it and making you hate it. They LISTEN to what you want and will do their best to make it happen.
