Turnberry Square Macomb III

I highly recommend living at Turnberry. By far the best landlords/ladies in town. I used to live in a house here in Macomb that was basically falling apart and the landlord never took responsibility for their own property! I tried everything from a simple phone call to messenger pigeon and these people would never get back to me until about a week later! With Turnberry there is no issue with that. If anything goes wrong within your unit, you can easily submit a request online through their user friendly portal and maintenance is on it the day of or the next business day! Their whole staff is so friendly and nice that it makes me literally love living here. Not to mention how well they upkeep their properties. Their pool is always sparkling, their landscaping is impeccable, they salt all the sidewalks during the winter (I’ve even seen maintenance men out salting the sidewalks extremely early in the mornings because there had been snow overnight), and they have a snack bar in the office! Turnberry is definitely a 15/10.

The staff is great! They are all so helpful and welcoming. This has been my first time renting an apartment and they have made the experience extremely positive! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the Macomb area! Clean, great amenities, and a great community!

I love my apartment here! So quiet and Alot more spacious than expected and comes with my own washer in dryer!

—> I resided in 3 BHK apartment for nearly a year, situated on the ground floor without a balcony. The space is expansive, featuring one master bedroom and two regular rooms. The master bedroom's restroom is compact, while the general restroom is spacious. The hall and kitchen are well-designed.

—> Initially, the home was in excellent condition with no visible damage or issues. However, we encountered several leaks around the sink area later on, with a delayed response to our complaints.

—> All amenities listed in the lease agreement, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning/heater, microwave oven, and fridge, are present and functional.

—> Safety measures are commendable, with working smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and secure locks on all doors and windows.

—> The neighborhood's noise level is low, offering a peaceful living environment.

—> Dedicated parking is available for leasing members and guests, managed by the leasing office.

—> Communication with the landlord is generally responsive, though at times, responses may be delayed. Regular check-ups are conducted, with prior notification.

—> The security deposit is $500, refundable upon departure. The rent, inclusive of water, is $1020. Electric bills are separate and can be conveniently paid at CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart.

—> The apartment complex boasts a summer-open swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Snow removal is efficiently managed in winter.

—> Transportation is convenient, especially for students, with buses available every 15 minutes to the college. General buses cater to Walmart and city center transportation on their timings. And the transportation is free. We don’t need to pay any money.

—> Overall it’s a great living experience with excellent maintenance and a positive atmosphere.

My husband and I lived at these apartments for two years and we really loved it! The property is very clean and the landscaping was well kept. It's a great location and usually pretty quiet. The management was always so helpful and maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner.
Unfortunately the interior was definitely made as cheaply as possible, but the great management and clean exterior makes up for it.

I lived here for two years and its a shame how downhill this place went in my time living here. Maintenance requests used to get fulfilled the same day they were placed. When I moved out, it would take multiple days for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. Turnberry will also try to keep as much of your security as they can. Charging for routine wear and tear, mandatory carpet cleaning charges, and mandatory dumpster fees. I had called about concerns regarding my deposit which I was told I had to send an email about my concerns in which I never got a response from. The lack of professionalism all around is upsetting.
