We put in a offer on a house carrie was selling for her cousin. carrie told us the seller's agreed to our offer on November 23rd we signed the offer and waited to hear back. We were then told the sellers were out of town and had no WiFi so they couldn't sign till the got back on Sunday. Saturday I drove past the house to show my son and seen people were touring through it. Come to find out it was being showed and the put a offer in, even though ours was accepted. Long story short the offered more money then we could and we didn't get the house. Bad business!

They jumped in and declared themselves as our realtor but hid things like well water bad this cost us $8200+ just to be able to use but still have to filter our drinking water
taxes didn't get filed properly for year and we got hit with double taxes basement is damp and very cold most of the trees are dead yes I purchased in the winter deceptive practices just to sell very unhappy would never reccomend them
