Pet Supplies Plus Macomb

Stopped in for Bulk Bird food. Unfortunately there really wasn't any of it left and the store is not going to be supplying that Bird food service anymore.
On the other hand we were able to pick up Xmas gifts for our birds, (mineral rocks), and our dogs. Loved the selection of canine toys, good, ECT.

A bit on the pricey side, but some of the products are worth the money for the best quality of life you can give your animals while they're here with us.

Friendly greeting every time I walk in the door. Super helpful. Great store brand food. Donates to local animal shelter. Great employees. Knowledgeable about products. Clean store. I love this store. Glad it's here in Macomb.

I got my son his first pet, a bearded dragon. He had wanted one for so long. The staff was very helpful and informative. They loved how excited my son was and helped him pick his favorite.

Helpful and polite. Even offered to carry my product out to the car....great personality from this young nan

Always clean and the workers are always friendly. My kitty loves when I come back with a green grocery bag full of goodies!

Friendly and courteous staff, always willing to help locate items. A large selection of pet toys and treats for my dogs. One of the few times I actually enjoy shopping is when I go to Pet Supplies Plus!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Exceptional customer service. The manager that helped me instantly made me feel comfortable, she was so informative and at no point did I ever feel like she was trying to upsell or try to convince me I needed to get everything in the store. The interaction felt more like a friend helping me out. As a bonus they carry the special brand of dog food I was looking for ( not available at most stores)and was able to find everything I wanted to get at a reasonable price. I can’t record this place enough!!!

This place is lovely. Helpful staff, and I can easily help local animal shelters through here. Excellent!

Edit: After visiting this place a few times now, I'll go a little in depth here.

Fish tanks and all animal habitats are clean and well organized. Animals seem happy and healthy, and you'd be getting your money's worth here.

Staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. I love hearing their animal stories as well.

They also support local animal shelters. As long as they continue to do this, this will be my go-to for my pets.

In short, this place is worth going to, and don't be too surprised if you find yourself becoming a regular here. I certainly will be.

I always have a great experience when I go there whether I engage with an employee or not or whether they engage with me or not I always find what I need I always find what I want and the employees are always so upbeat and friendly. Today was no different... Most of the staff there truly cares about the animals

Love this store, we cone here quite a bit and the employees are always friendly and super helpful. They've always been great about ordering things for us as well. The store is always clean and well organized. I've been to other PSS stores and this one is by far the nicest!

Went in for worms for my bearded dragon. Had to go to the other side of the store to look at cat food. No less than 3 associates asked me if I was finding everything. The store is always clean and organized. Their fish tanks are well maintained and habitats are always clean.

Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wide variety of supplies for most every pet. Pricing is a little high, but as it's only quality pet supply shop in my area it's a solid 4.5 for me!

The nicest places I have been too. Very helpful with the information they give if you need help with your pet. There is always someone there that can help you with whatever it is you need.

This has easily become one of my favourite places to shop for my pet! There is a big selection of dog and cat food, toys, grooming supplies, treats, etc. They also sell birds, live fish, crickets, lizards, snakes, and everything you need to keep them housed and fed. Their pet wash station has to be one of the coolest addition to this store. It's $10 a wash, and $25 for five washes. You will get a punch card for the five washes that will need to be brought in each time you want to wash your pet.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Each time I am greeted, and if I seem lost an employee will usually offer to help me find what I'm looking for. They are also super enthusiastic about greeting your pet as well!

Honestly, the only negative experience I had wasn't even from staff. A parent decided to wash their dog and try to watch a toddler who would leave the gate open in the bathing area.

Overall, I love this store and the monthly discounts they have. If you shop here even once consider a pet perks card. It will save you quite a bit of money!

It's very convenient and I'm also very impressed with the staff, selection, prices, frequent sales and the delivery service offered at this store. It's also nice that I can have my order delivered the same day if I order before 1:00 PM and no longer have to wait for 2 day delivery as I did from my previous source.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I absolutely love talking to the staff. As an animal lover I really appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is.
