This was the community center for me growing up💯 This is where I started to gain love for basketball

Free public park with a free splash pad for the kids (and let’s be honest also the adults) to cool off. It was a perfect Memorial Day 💗

Very kind and courteous staff there. Signed up my 4 yr old to play b-ball. Coaches, everybody there very helpful and welcoming as well. Highly recommend signing up your child for activities there. 5 Star!

Proctor has been a pillar of the community for a long time. Our family has had several birthday parties there and had such a great time. My children love to go skating there while attending the after school program. They offer tutoring and 4H programs to enrich the children's learning. The staff truly care about the well being of the children and are very friendly.

Went to my 5 year old grandson's soccer practice here. It's a beautiful park area. Has a great playground. The actual buildings are beautiful architecture.

One of the most amazing community recreation centers in Peoria, including a pool, two gymnasiums, a weight room, a theatre stage, and Peoria's African American Hall of Fame Museum. Great spot to rent out for events and usually buzzing with sports, recreational and community events.

My brother had his wedding reception there i havent been back inside Proctor 22yrs. I really enjoyed myself. It was still nice and clean inside, old memories of being a summer group leader

I grew up going here! I love all the activities it has to offer for kids and adults and especially WATER ZUMBA!!

This place is so fun. We went here to watch my little cousin play basketball and they had snacks for me to eat and everything.

Great community outreach center :) Excellent GED tutoring program. The building is an old school that has been outfitted for community use.

The ppl are nuce and very helpful. Basketball for kids is wonderful. Coaches work very well with kids.

The real tough guys hung out at Proctor, a rec center where they spent all day practicing to be criminals.
