Gelsosomo's Pizzeria

Great food and service every time we visit! Everting on the menu is delicious- you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. The salads are big, the pizzas are always cooked perfectly. The pasta options are really good as well. Gelsosomo’s has a kid’s menu and great specials during the week.

Pizza's were good, they even have dessert pizza. Robbie our server was very nice asking about refills or if there was anything we needed. We did the lunch special, small salad, all you can eat pizza and a drink for a little over $12. Highly recommend!

My first time here and the thin crust pizza was great. It's all in the sauce and whatever is in it was the best I have ever had. Service was quick and the food came out hot and tasty. We also had the fried pickles and they were good. Only thing they don't have French fries but thats ok, we still had a good meal.

Great pizza and service! I sat at the bar and had a delicious WORKS pizza with a draft of a microbrewed beer. Pizza was served piping hot! Also ate a spinach salad that was good. Ambience was nice too. My only recommendation is to have the kitchen cook/chef invest in a bell to ring vs yelling out repeatedly someone’s name. Lol.

Our last visit was a busy night as they had a group from WIU there performing, but the wait staff were speedy and very attentive, the food was made quickly and delicious as usual. Even the bartender who rang up our bill was very friendly and accommodating to my toddler who wanted to "help pay" for dinner.

My husband brought us here for a day trip. He went to WIU and spent a good portion of his life here. It was great to see this small town and the pizza was just as my husband remembered. It was delicious 😋 can't wait to go back 😋

We love their half off take out pizzas on Tuesdays!!! Makes the pizza affordable, and it's my wife's favorite in town!

First time, looked packed, was promptly seated & advised of wait. Waitress was wonderful & answered some questions. Explained wait times due to short staff. I have waited alot longer before, this was no wait, this was average wait time I've had elsewhere, but they prepare you. Oh my the mozzarella sticks were delish & deep dish with the works ohhhhhhh my cheesy goodness. Great service! Wish we were closer to try other options. Thank you to your staff!!!

Heard they are serving good pizza. Yet to fry. Nice to have them in macomb.

Gelsosomo's Pizzeria has an amazing Margarita Pizza! The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings on it make it delicious! Other items on the menu I love to order are the wings (with the good ranch!) and tomato bread.

Best drink selection in town! So creative and fun! Pizza is amazing would drive 3 hours for this pizza!!

No one can pronounce the name, but the pizza is great! Spacious seating, great staff, wonderful Italian eatery.

They let you get cinnamon bread sticks and FROSTING with your dinner. What's not to love?

The service was slow because there were many of us. However, the one waitress for around 30 people did a wonderful job. The pizza selections were interesting, novel, and many. I thought it was a great home-spun local pizzeria and enjoyed my time there.

Very busy after a college homecoming game, but still got seated promptly with less wait time than anticipated! Service was fast and friendly. Pizza and appetizers were excellent as always ! We love this place. Try their Hawaiian Pizza- it'll make you a believer🤘

I grew up in Macomb and the name may have changed, but the pizza is still delicious!! We were home for a visit and felt nostalgic, so we got the taco pizza. If you've never tried it, you're in for a treat! One of the only places I've ever had really good taco pizza!
