DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah

Excellent location, clean and well-kept hotel. My only suggestion is that they offer information handouts for local dining places, instead of only promoting their own on-location restaurant. They had printed information for everything except restaurants and bars.

I stayed here a few years ago, and because it's convenient to my daily destination, I chose it again. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I wasn't bothered by housekeeping. I had everything I needed and expected as a Hilton diamond member.

The location is downtown with many restaurants within walking distance, and the water park view was beautiful.

I will revisit again in the future, but hopefully, when it's a little warmer.

I booked this hotel online through a 3rd party and ended up getting double billed, so I cancelled the reservation and had to call my credit card company.
I called the hotel directly and Robert the manager was able to book a room for me even though there were limited number of rooms left for the nights I needed. He provided excellent customer service and at reasonable rate for my stay. Room was clean and the food has been good. I will stay here again if I am ever in Neenah.

I called to see about reservations at the restaurant, and got connected to the front desk with the number listed. She was so friendly, that I was caught off guard. Other hotels have front desk reps that make it seem they are doing you a favor by answering. She was polite, happy, and welcoming. I would stay there just to have the friendly service. She explained about the restaurant, and answered my questions about reservations.
Thanks for being awesome- and so kind. You really had an impact on me in a good way, and we will be sure to say hello when in town!

I love my stay at the DoubleTree, the location is very convenient and surrounded by cute shops and restaurants. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the room cleaners are great too. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the cleanliness of the room was 10/10. The only thing I would say is that in the welcome binder that's in every room theirs a section that says theirs laundry service in the hotel which I came to find out is no longer a thing so maybe remove that. Other then that great stay would definitely recommend!

Hilton hotel chains is my go-to. Rarely disappointed. I was able to check in an hour early, got my warm cookie and bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and small gym (but does the trick). There is no laundry on site.

The location is the best part. Downtown Neenah your can easily and safely walk to bars and shops a few blocks down the road. There also a brewery half a block from the hotel. Will definitely stay again!

This place is awesome. Quiet, comfortable and classy. I love the beds Hilton always has and today I’m in the junior suite and it’s huge. 648 sq ft and very nice. Got a great deal using my points and also money. Paid less that a regular room costs. And the cookies are to die for.,warm and gooey and delicious.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff is exceptional - especially Tammy. I had an awful experience with a third party hotel booking service and Tammy was able to resolve my issue - when it was not her problem to resolve. She put my mind at ease when traveling and I appreciate that more than anyone knows. Tammy is amazing and I hope you recognize her for her excellent customer service.

The staff are very kind and friendly! The rooms were nice, pool was large. It's located downtown in a nice location! We were told at check in that there was a concert right across the street which was a lot of fun. We also got some snow cones from the truck parked out there as well! Very nice hotel!

No problems. Hot water in shower. Bed was super comfy. Could be more quiet (hall noise) but not bad. Great location. Front desk was friendly. I like that I have the option for a real key or use my phone as a key.

Stayed the week of 2/6. Had the opportunity to meet the new Food and Bev manager Jerry Rogers. Was impressed by his knowledge and work ethic, he was working shifts with all of his staff to learn the operations and needs of his staff. Looking forward to what he will do with the restaurant!

First time staying here, front staff friendly and professional. Everything clean. The chloride pool was very strong I went with my son (toddler) and he didn’t stop coughing while we were at the pool. I liked the decorations at the main lobby. Would like to stay again.

The room was very clean, service was amazing. Wendy at the front desk was, kind, helpful, and overall amazing! Definitely will have to stay here on our next trip back:)

Only stayed one night. Very convenient in downtown Neenah WI area.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. I stayed multiple days and asked for housekeeping to pick up trash and refill coffee every day which they did. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

We just stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Our stay was so wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the beginning of our stay (with complimentary yummy cookies when we arrived) to the end (with complimentary coffee for our trip home). The pool was great and the breakfast in the restaurant was great quality. Our family had a couple of particular needs late in the evening and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. And what a delightful town!

I'm just gonna list off the room amenities so you can decide what you wanna bring when staying; Keep in mind I'm not a big shot so this is just what's in the smaller cheaper rooms -

Pillows: The soft and fluffy kind that you instantly sink into. Not noisy at all. They're good, but bring a firmer pillow if that's your thing.

Bathroom: Comes with a little bottle of shampoo, tiny conditioner, body lotion, makeup remover wipes, and a bar of face soap.

Mini-Kitchen: My room had just a microwave and minifridge. There's a kuerig in here too, but I would honestly use the one in the lobby instead.

TV: Wall-mounted RCA Flatscreen with basic channels. No DVD player or Netflix, but it's got one HDMI port and analog hookups for composite, component, and PC-RGB. You can change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 if you wanted to bring your PS2 or N64 or whatever.

Internet: Free wifi but don't think you have to sign up and give your personal details to connect when it tells you about Hilton Honors. You can still use the internet if you choose the option at the bottom of the sign up page.

Alarm Clock: Not sure if they all have this but my room's alarm clock had a built-in USB charging port. Very handy.

Pool+Gym: There's totally a pool here. I forgot to bring my swim trunks so I couldn't go swimming. Don't be like me. Try the pool.

That's it! There's a pretty cool park near the water right across the street you can visit, and the public library is right next to that. Definitely worth a walk down there to check it out at least once.

[EDIT: I uh, didn't get any conditioner when I originally left this review and apparently the front desk just had some so waiting for me when I came back downstairs after writing this review so uh,,,, yeah if your room is missing something make sure you speak up before writing an entire Google review first. This downtown area is full of charm and patriotic pride. Felt really good to be surrounded by good people. There are statues spread out downtown and that's so appreciated. The front desk service was amazing. They were happy to help and suggested all the right places to visit.
