The staff is amazing here. They really make it feel like home. Everyone is real friendly. This has got to be the friendliest place I’ve ever been too. And for the apartments. They are huge for a great price. Me and my family love it here.

I have lived at the Lida Lakes Estates for close to 3 years, and my husband and I (and my service dog Rocky) are the happiest we have been in a complex. The part of the building we live is one big family. I feel safe and know that if there’s any problems and I need help I have great neighbors that are there to help and vis versa. The management is amazing. They’re always there if something needs to be fixed or you may have a question. The best thing is that everyone one including the management love you pets too. When there are openings I tell all my friends how great it is to live here.

We have lived at Lida lakes for 6 months and truly enjoy living here. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night making for a secure feeling. Management is very eeprofessional and quick to react to any problems or complaints. The neighbors in our building have actually become pretty good friends and feel comfortable enjoying time together. We feel very secure here being our location is kind of isolated on the edge of town. My wife is disabled so we are in a handicap apartment with designated parking just outside our door. Also they modified the bathtub to accommodate getting into the shower safely by cutting out a section of the tub wall and putting in a step through. So, I have nothing but good things to say about Lida Lake Estates.

When looking to relocate we researched Lida Lake Estates. Back in May when we first called them, they met with us right away and showed us around. The grounds are well kept and have outside lighting everywhere. For mothers with young child there is on site laundry and its cheaper than any local laundromat. Also great for kids is the central air. Its amazing for controling the temperature and quickly I might add. There is also a playground. We love being 20 minutes from the local cities such as Dekalb, Dixon, and Rockford. Also living off 88 and 251 is amazing. One hour away from Chicago. Also the neighbors are great! We look forward to living here many years!

We are so pleased with our experience here at Lida Lake. The landlords are fantastic, it's a clean facility, and a great location. We just bought a house but if we hadn't, we absolutely would have stayed here longer. Most certainly would recommend this place to anyone.

Great family living; pet friendly; lovely apartment; lots of open space; owner/managers on site; respectful tenants; safe environment; comfortable senior living. School bus, Senior shuttle, Lee /Ogle transportation pick up; access to I-88 and Rt. 39 one minute away; nice community.

The office staff is so helpful and very personable!! Our apartment is a great size! They answer maintainence requests in a timely fashion. It's a quiet community and great neighbors!!

The new management is awesome. Finally, someone actually doing something to clean things up. Only concern is the lack of window insulation, but otherwise it's my top choice of places to live in Rochelle.

I HAVE BEEN HANDICAPPED SENSE 1995 AND WAS AWAITING MY SECOND HIP REPLACEMENT WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. MY DAUGHTER FOUND OUT ABOUT LIDA ESTATES AND LOOKED AT THEM AND SAID THIS WAS THE PLACE WE'D LOVE AND THEY HAD HANDICAPPED APARTMENTS. WE CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE HANDICAP APARTMENT. WE TALKED ABOUT MY CONCERNS OF GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE TUB FOR THE SHOWER AND I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE HEIGHT OF THE TOILET FOR GETTING UP AND DOWN. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET ME AND INSERT TO RAISE THE TOILET SEAT AND THEY GOT AND INSERT AND CUT OUT PART OF THE WALL OF THE TUB AND PUT THE INSERT IN SO I COULD WALK THROUGH TO THE SHOWER. I' M SO IN LOVE WITH OUR APARTMENT AND EVERYTHING IS SO ACCESSIBLE FOR ME.

WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS IN OUR SECTION OF APARTMENTS AND ALL HELP EACH OTHER. THE STAFF IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND I FEEL SO SAFE LIVING HERE.
