Great service & prices! I am glad we started using Pro-Am as our clothing supplier. The online store lets everyone individually place & pay for orders. It is so much easier than one person collecting paper orders, money and then being responsible for tallying the total order. Highly suggest talking with Jennie here...She is a great sales rep!

Our small business has had aprons, employee shirts, and chef's jackets done with Pro Am and they were wonderful to work with. Everyone in the office is easy to work with, turnaround is super fast, they are flexible with our last minute requests, and our customized items always turn out amazing! Will be doing business again and again with Pro Am Sports!

We've used Pro-Am countless times and every time everything is just how we ordered it. The items always arrive on time, the items look just like they did in the emails, and the sizes are true to size. We also enjoy working closely with the Pro-Am team through every step to ensure our products look their best.

I have been doing business here since it was St. John's Sports going back almost 20 years. I have been able to watch their business grow and prosper and I can't say that they ever lost sight of what makes them successful and that's putting the customer first. When I started doing business here Barry was our sales agent he was always on top of things and was a pleasure to deal with (since promoted to manager). I now have the pleasure of Tracy being our sales agent, she is quick to respond, detail oriented, and makes my organization feel as if we come first. I recommend anyone looking for anything sports related to give them a chance!

I operate a non for profit basketball program and my program recently ordered sublimated uniforms from PRO-AM TEAM SPORTS. I provided PRO-AM TEAM SPORTS with the designs of the uniforms and worked with Chris Degraff to have the uniforms made. Chris emailed me the flat surface picture proof of the jerseys and shorts (picture included) not showing the side of the shorts in the proof picture. Sublimated uniforms are made with the designs embedded in the material of the uniforms, this is so there is no stitching showing on the designs.

Nevertheless, I received a call from Chris 4 weeks later conveying the uniforms were ready and could I call the store and pay the bill of $860.00. I called and paid the bill without seeing the final product trusting it would look like the proofs. When I picked up the uniforms I noticed the shorts had black zig zag stitching on the side of the orange and grey designs. I was unhappy with the stitching because I was not informed by Chris they would be stitching over the design and he did not provide a picture for me to proof via email. After conveying to him the issue I had with the uniforms he agreed it did not show the stitching in the picture proofs he emailed me. I asked for a refund and the Owner Mary S. Dolan made it seem like the picture proof Chris emailed me showed the stitching on the side of the uniforms over the design. You can see clearly in the proof picture attached it does not. She refused my refund which prevented me from providing new uniforms for my non for profit 16u team. This was extremely bad business practice that took away our kids opportunity to play basketball this year and have a great summer experience. Pro-AM TEAM SPORTS still have the uniforms I ordered and will not refund the $860.00. Great way to treat kids.

My advise is to stay away from this business.

Awful. Learned when order was due to be picked up that they didn't even have the product, one month later! Not Communicated at all until WE asked where our order was. Go somewhere else for sure... lots of options out there
