Amanda Winston MD PLLC

I recently switched PCP’s due to my prior physician no longer accepting my insurance. I was so appreciative when I reached out to Dr. Winston and her staff to see if I could become one of their patients and they said yes! From the first phone call, I knew it was going to be a great fit! The staff is so amazing and kind, Dr. Winston takes her time to listen to you and addresses your concerns. Dr. Winston and her staff make your health their priority and it shows through the outstanding service they provide. I would highly recommend Dr. Winston to anyone looking for a PCP who truly cares.

Dr. Winston is a very caring, attentive doctor. She always takes the time to sit down and really listen to what's ailing you. I'm not sure what some of the negative comments are about, I assume they are individuals who complain about everything. I have such faith in Dr. Winston that I now take my 93 year old mother to her.

When my other Doctor moved back to Indiana. I had to find a another Doctor. Stopped in her office & asked them, are you taking new patients. They said, yes. I'm glad, they took me. Also, asked, do they take HAP. They said yes. I'm so glad, I found Doctor Winston. She is great, I will never change Doctor

Dr. Winston is the best Dr I have ever had. She is caring, and is VERY involved with your health. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and never seems to be in a rush. Hands down the best Dr in the world in my opinion. An added bonus: the office staff are freekin rockstars!

I love Dr Winston! She listens to what I have to say and not what is just written in my previous medical files. She ask questions and seems to genuinely care about me. Her staff is great too.

Doctor is very caring, available, knowledgeable. Going from my other physician to her practice was similar to getting glasses for the first time, I thought it was fine until I could see everything I was missing before.

VERY friendly staff, not alot of change over (so you know who you're talking to and who to expect to see. Dr. Winston is concerned and informative. I always feel heard and confident about the care received.

Very rude front desk staff.

I was cancelling an appointment one week ahead . Her staff person Andrea refused to cancel the appointment and then told the Dr that I was rude to her. The Dr never spoke with me about the incident. Dr decided to release me from the practice due to this. They also would not give me a paid in full receipt, but kept billing me for an office call that was paid. The office manager Nicole was very rude . Dr in my opinion should have spoken with me , so I feel she really didn't want me as a patient due to many health reasons. Beware!!! I also reported the actions of this office to my Insurance carrier.
