Very professional and efficient. I called today and they came today, as they had an availability (non emergency call.) They helped to replace our fridge ice maker line and install a shut off valve. They also fixed a plugged sink that had been plugged since we bought the home.

They were quick, polite, and did a great job! Jessica is also very professional to talk with about needs.

I am a BIG FAN... We had to replace a boiler that provided heat to one floor of the house and hot water for the whole house.. Josh recommended splitting the two so we would have one for heat and one unit for hot water... It was the best solution, far better than the other firm, which we fired to have Beal do the work.They are the best.. the work was done within the timeframe they said and boy.. it looked great. Very clean, great implementation. They even replaced some piping that they saw as old and needing replacement. They also provided a comprehensive training session on how the system works. Finally I found a plumbing and heating firm that shows up when they say, and does magnificent work.. why did it take this long to find you guys?

Beal came out to our business to replace a well pump. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and the crew on site did a great job fixing the issue and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Prompt, quality service and friendly staff. We could not ask for more! Outstanding company!

From the phone call to the front office to the minute they stepped off the stoop, it was a wonderful experience working with Beale. They did quick, amazing work installing our new sink and disposal. They made sure to maximize the amount of space in the sink cabinet so we have enough storage, explained everything they did to us, told us what to watch for in the future, and were so easy to talk to. These guys really care about their work. I believe their names were Jason and Caleb and I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Also the front desk lady, Jessica maybe, was awesome. We just moved here from out of state and we are so thankful to have found a good plumbing outfit! Thanks guys!!!

When I called them I was worried it would take a while to get an appointment to fix my leaking pipe. They were great on the phone letting me know that they could come by the next day, what to expect in service and how I would be billed. The 2 gentlemen who came by were friendly and professional and quick! They were in and out, let me know what they were doing and assured me if I had any problems to give them a call. No problems thus far! I would (and have ) recommend them!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Beal Plumbing. They have taken care of two projects (one rather small but the other a VERY big project) for me in the past year. Everyone in the company went above and beyond to ensure I understood the estimates and any potential issues that might arise, discussed pros and cons of my ideas, reviewed products and timelines with me, etc. Arrived within the time-frames they gave me, called if they were delayed due to an emergency, took care of some additional details that were beyond the original scope of the projects but added a lot of value and for which I'm very appreciative. They also coordinated with my contractor and there was little need for me to have to worry that bases weren't covered.

And just a super group of people to work with - professional, funny, relaxed, honest. Kept me from spinning when one item just wasn't up to their specs and the supply chain was looking bleak if it couldn't be sorted out. But they did, and everything stayed on track.

We had a new heating system installed in our house and the old removed and these guys were fantastic! They put in many overtime hours including nights and weekends to make sure everything stayed on schedule so we could move back in. Other contractors who have come in since have complimented their work. They also are always just a phone call away if we have a service need. I have referred many friends who have been equally as happy. Their pricing is fair, straightforward and the service and quality outstanding. Highly recommend!

Impeccable service from the Office Manager and the Service Tech's. They squeezed me into their schedule on short notice, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I can not speak highly enough about the team at Beal Plumbing! They were as timely as the could be with swapping our water heater because the 60 year old one bit the dust in our new home. The office and service staff are professional and responsive. I work in a similar industry and I know these can be hard traits to find. Highly Recommend!

I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around why this company would have received any LESS than 5 stars - I’d give them more if I could. I have now utilized their services twice, for separate issues within my home. Not only were they incredibly efficient in correcting the issues, they were very punctual arriving exactly when described, professional, and extremely fair with regards to pricing. The second visit was even during the “heating crisis of 2017/2018,” when temps were coldest and heating fuel was difficult to come by. The not only gave us an extremely reasonable timeline for service, they even bumped it up sooner with the first availability in their schedule. These sub-par reviews are rubbish, you will NOT be disappointed!

We were desperate to get a proper water line installed so the ice maker on our new fridge would operate. We knew this would be more complicated than it looked, as the old line was unusable due to age and wear, but the line ran behind new cabinetry. Josh and his assistant came to our rescue (our former plumber was not responding to our calls). They did superior work, and were so gracious and easy with us. They studied the options and ended up drilling into the floor, running a new copper line down into the basement dropped ceiling, and connected the line to the main water source. This took a long time and a lot of work. They also changed the float thingie in a pesky toilet. The charges were very fair given all they accomplished. A plus was how personable Josh is--he did not mind explaining his methods and answering our questions. This business is sterling--Beal will our plumbers for as long as we live in Maine. My husband and I recommend them highly.

The entire team at Beal's is first class. From their office manager to the plumbers / heating techs themselves. They are always a pleasure to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They have performed several jobs for us since we purchased our home almost a year ago from a simple addition of a sprinkler head in the utility room to the latest full replacement of our old cast iron boiler with a new, high-efficinecy Viessmann unit. They have always been upfront and transparent about the work required and what the costs would be. They also fixed a couple of pre-existing issues with the original setup. I cannot recommend this company enough.
