i have been going to full house since 2010 for all my appliances furniture computers and had not had an issue if i had an issue call the store and they would try to help customer service is great

We've been a customer for many years. Everything is clear and explained when you sign your lease agreement. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They treat you as a person and not just as an account. Many of them recall who we are and go above and beyond to help us find what we're looking for. I have been in the store multiple times and have never felt pressured to buy anything or shy to ask questions. Staff is personable, friendly helpful and knowledgeable about all products. Will continue to use their services.

My husband and I have gone there for years, often with a one, two, or three year break between renting something. The staff still remembers us and greets us by name, and will do what they can to accommodate us and our needs - including ordering something special for us. They are great and we will keep going back.

Full house sales & lease is like no other company. They have low prices and all there product is great quality they stand behind there product unlike there competitors. They treat my family and I like family. I highly recommend them I would never go anywhere else. For example today 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve my fridge failed and I lost a lot of food I went in to full house sales and lease told them of the situation picked out a fridge and they delivered it that day same day whithin 30 min. You will never find a company that will deliver same day especially on Christmas Eve .

Hats off to this company. Their drivers damaged a couple walls while moving furniture and they took full responsibility. Management was prompt in getting back to me and ensuring that it would be fixed and paid for.
