Starbucks

I come here pretty often. The staff is warm and welcoming. I usually can get my favorite drink.

A venti blonde iced late with 3 pumps of caramel and 3 pumps of toffee nut.

Most people seem to get angry as they do run out of ingredients quickly and sometimes are missing ingredients for almost a week. The staff do their best for alternatives and substitutions.

If Starbucks corporate sees this. Please rebuild the building or move the staff to another location up to specifications set by the other shops around the country. The speakers can't play bass, the staff is constantly saying sorry and coming through to walk 2 people around each other. They need space, storage and air for the staff whom are usually beaded with sweat. This will help the staff be more efficient and happy.

It’s been an eventful day. Sigh. But I just enjoyed the best cup of coffee I’ve had for days. Thank you kind and intelligent staffers. I appreciate you every week when I make a special trip just for the drivethru Starbucks in Auburn

I get my latte at this location multiple times a week. The morning staff is fantastic, often greeting u with humor and/or a friendly "hello." One of the girls has even gotten used to seeing me and remembers my order when I am not using my app, so I don't even have to tell her what i'd like. She just asks if I want the usual.
I would definitely recommend using the order ahead feature via the Starbucks app if you plan on going here anytime between 7-10 a.m. Otherwise, you often end up stuck in a long line. It's pretty gratifying to see everyone else stuck in line and being able to just park, run in, grab my order, and be out of there quickly.

I come here all the time. Always get the friendliest service. People there know me by name by now lol. I like to sit here and spin my pokestops, and drink whatever I ordered that day. Drive through is really convenient on days need to be quick. Jerp up the good work starbucks!

Baristas were so friendly and so nice! I requested green tea in my drink and they had to remake some tea which took about 5 minutes. I’m usually pick so I only wanted the green tea rather than another, they were kind enough to make friendly jokes and chats with me as we waited! They thanked me for being patient and gave me a free brownie. I didn’t get their names but thank you! -Hannah ❤

Good, quick, and friendly service. A Variety of products available. Loved the jazz playing when we were in. I'd hang out and get stuff done in there if I were in the area more often. Perfect peaceful atmosphere.

These have to be the sweetest, friendliest baristas I've ever encountered! Extremely happy, pleasant, and greeted everyone warmly. They seem to enjoy working together as a team and the atmosphere was great to sit and get some work done. Coffee was great, too!

The protein box was tasty and just what I needed for a snack. The Straberry Açaí refresher was good too.

Just a little customer service 101. If someone asks for a small, you don't need to inform them it's called a tall. And then definitely don't follow that up by telling them a large is calked a venti after they order a large for their next item.

Clearly you knew exactly what size I was referring to, and no other barista has ever had to ask. And then you had to ask what my order was again on both items, because the only thing you remembered was the sizes you were eager to tell me I'd said wrong.

I've worked in many customer service environments, and those who insist on correcting their customers' wording on trivial things NEVER last in their position. I get that you're swamped, and it's probably been a hard day. But you're not making it any easier on yourself when you carry a superiority complex like that.

5 stars because I know how much a 4 hurts, and I'm not going to do that to the rest of the employees.

The baristas work VERY hard here. People who complain about being out of different items or the long wait times clearly do not understand what is happening in the world today. Staffing is an issue EVERYWHERE. I read reviews on this location and realize just how ignorant people are to what is happening in the world around them. The U.S. is a dumpster fire. Starbucks is not immune to the happenings around us. Workplace shortage, distribution issues. Be kind to the people around you. You just never know what someone else is battling.

Love the sandwiches and their caramel coffee. They have dunkin beat...the only thing I don't understand I why they started asking for tips! I think it's completely inappropriate to ask customers for tips where the workers atleast make minimum wage or possibly more. They're not being paid like a waitress, so why would I tip?! Do people tip at McDonald's, burger king, nooo! Starbucks is already expensive enough, all I can say is greedy! Starbucks needs to STOP ASKING FOR TIPS

Been going to this Starbucks for years. The staff works so hard; sometimes it gets crazy busy with mobile orders, walk-ins, and drive thru, but they do their absolute best. Huge shout out to you guys!!!! Always a pleasure. Keep up the amazing work during these tough times ♡♡♡

This is a great store. The employees are extremely friendly and know how to make someone want to return. There was a short time when there was some major turn-over with the employees and therefore the level of service wasn't exactly as everyone was expecting. The store manager is brilliant and knows how to get the best out those that work under her. I worked at this store for a short time and there is a lot to learn and remember. Being a barista is not easy, especially when the store is busy. Honestly, people need to have more patience and understanding. If the person that you're dealing with isn't familiar to you, they may be new and just need some understanding. I do know one thing: If a mistake is made, they will make it right. That's the barista policy.

Best Starbucks ever! Staff is the best so Courteous and very friendly. So I go I inside the store for my Vente ice coffee. The the cashier always makes it, no waiting this way. Takes less than a minute to make an ice coffee. Having the cashier make it gets that customer out the store. Great service, the get at the Auburn Starbucks!!

This Starbucks is one of the best around. The people are awesome! The Manager is the most amazing person remembers everyone. Treats her team & customers with the highest regard! The overall experience of the store is a blast.

I absolutely love Starbucks, being a girl from Seattle...😉 The staff here is kind and considerate, and ready to do anything you need to make your visit awesome! I will always go to Starbucks, and this one is clean and lovely. The staff is fantastic. The drinks and treats are wonderful and delicious!! ☕☕🍩🍩

Love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and they know me by name. My only complaint is that they need to update hours through here and the app as we went today around 7pm (said open till 10pm through here and the app) and they were closed. Closing early with no warning has been happening a lot lately. Please fix that so I don’t waste my time traveling over for nothing.

Very nice place. Staff is very friendly. Food is very fresh and made with clean ingredients, the kind of stuff that makes you feel healthy with each bite. Don't get me wrong, calories and sugars can add up, but if you want good for you drinks and snacks, that are tasty, they are not hard to find. Always finding new treats I have never had before, like recently moon cheese. I am living a mostly grain free lifestyle and the moon cheese crisps first right in being made of only cheese.

The customers who hang about also add to the atmosphere.

I've been going to this Starbucks for years. I thoroughly enjoy it. It has a great variety of seating and lots of space. I don't think I've ever not been able to find a nice spot to sit, even when busy. Staff are always nice and caring.
