Go Pack Storage - Neenah (Green Bay Rd)

I've rented from various other storage companies in the Fox Valley and Go Pack Go Storage was by far the best experience. Why?

1) Use of technology. I could open & close the unit from my iPhone. No need to get a lock or worry about losing a key. Plus, you can check to ensure your unit is locked remotely!

2) Excellent website. I was able to check price & availability of all units in real-time. When I needed a second unit, I didn't need to wait for someone to call me.

3) Ability to open a new unit quickly. I ran out of space on the first unit I rented. In little less than one hour, I was able to secure a second unit & access the unit to start storing our belongings. I signed a lease, made a security deposit, and gained access to the unit via the mobile app in less than an hour and without any intervention by a person.

4) Auto-billing. I didn't need to write a check or mail a payment. Our fees automatically charged to our credit card.

Excellent online experience. Available units can be searched directly online and reserved immediately. Follow-up for contract is timely and seamless. These guys have the storage rental process figured out!

I pay for convenience and go pack go nailed it.

Initially it costs me more than I'd like to have to spend but the convenience of not having to meet with someone and being able to use the storage the next day was well worth it. Over all a great place to rent for storage and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great place to store stuff!

They are THE MOST EXPENSIVE storage in the area. Clean, climate controlled, and online rentals, but others offer clean and climate controlled facilities for less dollars. And while they’re online is to be commended given the virus, they need to develop a much more intuitive simpler and understandable method for renting particular units. For example, it was impossible to determine which unit was climate controlled with an exterior door to store like a car. I would recommend Tullar over this one for a price and customer service.

Kim is literally the most unprofessional disrespectful women I've dealt with. She has no business being in customer service. Refuses to answer questions, hangs up mid sentence. She became upset over her own assumption of what i was seeking clarification of, though she wouldnt of had to assume if she could have kept herself from speaking over me the entire time. Completely defensive, and refuses to be mature and give her superiors contact information when requested. On top of this I had items destroyed by condensation coming from the roof inside my unit! Stay away from this joke of a business!
