Riverview Park

Lovely place to walk! The River often allows for a breeze. Well kept, friendly people, and friendly dogs! Great place to stop in for a picnic or a stroll!!

Great place to visit for a picnic, play date, exercise the dog, or take a stroll. There's something for everyone/ all ages, including a stage! I enjoyed seeing the community gather there for a movie night. The park has a tennis court, a soccer field, and lots of benches by the river. Also, if you don't mind a little walk, there's an amazing ice cream shop down the street!

I've been taking the kids here since they were really little. Even had my daughters first birthday here under a pavilion. It was perfect!

Excellent park that is safe and very quiet. A beautiful river walk that extends from the park across the street behind the grocery store. A small outdoor facility and a very small playground. Definitely a good place to bring small children and pets. There are a few spots on the path to stop and watch the river run over the rocks. I saw a turtle on one once. Lots of parking and a beautiful place to go for a picnic or walk your pets.
The surrounding area is fantastic. Flushing is beautiful to walk through with some shops. There is also the Flushing A, which is a hot dog restaurant that is very close to the park.

Flushing is a nice small town with a decent amount of stuff going on. The river walk is very nice and goes on both sides of main street for something close to about 2 miles one way. A large portion is wooded, while other areas are wide open. Cross over the Flint River and channels on the cool arched bridges. You'll pass all kinds of folks, some with kids, some with pets, some exercising at a quick pace, other leisurely strolling through with no particular place to be. My dog loves it, and there are plenty of accessible trash cans and even bags for "puppy clean ups". The leaves are turning now so it is a great time to try it if you haven't, and a great time return if you've been before.

Absolutely one of my favorite places downtown flushing right behind the old A&W they call it a now such a great little town the two parks are just amazing it's just a really really great place to hang out if you're anywhere near you should definitely go.

Sit by the river Flint. Watch families of deer walk along the river. Quiet and tranquil locale. Nice park with beautiful wooded area and great children's play park.

The downtown park is a fun time and the walk around the river into the town is so pretty in the fall time.

Nice place to take the kids and spend the afternoon playing.

I have taken my mother there,in her wheelchair and pushed her by river sidewalk,just so beautiful we saw friendly kyakers and Pavillion entertainment unexpectedly!!!

This is a beautiful park that has been in downtown flushing for decades. I went here as a child and now I get to take my own children. The playground is 90% fenced in, there's a few pavilions, a basketball court and indoor bathrooms (in the pool house across the parking lot).

I was hanging out with my friend and we had a blast! We had a great time here I would definitely recommend going here

Nice park for the kids and adults alike! The playground is well kept and the park itself is very clean. The outdoor theater is a great place to catch a summertime concert! The park also has a couple basketball courts and a nice walk path. Also has easy acess to the lake for kayaks or canoes! All around great place to spend an afternoon

Very nice place, safe, clean, fun for the kids. Right next to A&W. Right on river.

A nice wooden park with a lot of play options for kids! There are plenty of swings, slides, bridges, and also a good-sized sandbox. It's also nicely shaded by large trees.

Great place for a wedding in the summer or fall

We've had our 3rd annual picnic here every year and we enjoy it. It's nice, clean, and we feel safe. The children have fun on the playground and there's room enough for us to have a bounce house or water slide for the children. The pavilions are nice and spacious with plenty of sitting room. However I'm not a fan of the porta-potty's.

Love coming here, Amphitheater is gorgeous and host a variety of spectacular events. One of my favorites recently was a fantastic Beatles tribute band. Audio was very loud and good quality, could even hear it from few hundred feet away. The flushing is very close so can get drinks for inexpensive. Been coming here all my life and never been disappointed, love Riverview Park

This place is GREAT! Normally to do a more thorough check conveniently, I ride my longboard. This place is VERY soulful. Lots of people. For a lot of people to be here, there was not a necessity to avoid hitting people. I did a calisthenics workout on the bars on the playground nearby and it held up well for its age. AMAZING place. Recommended for all ages.

If your scouting for new talent like singers, rappers, dancers, tricklining, gymnasts and more talents, check around on the stage that they have across from there parking lot
