The Wire Horse

My daughter has a very important western show at her college next weekend upon inspecting her chaps, we noticed there was a chap button missing on a brand new pair of chaps from the company, hobby Horse we called hobbyhorse, and they were unable to perform any type of expedited shipping after some Internet search we discovered the wire Horse we received excellent customer service on the phone. We’ve already been given a UPS shipping label and I will have the missing button in my hands by Tuesday of this coming week, I’m incredibly impressed with the ability to receive it quickly and the customer service was superior K Marin.

Good food . GOOD atmosphere. BIG SCREAN TV's...all of those working were fast & efficient . It's gonna be my next Hide- Out! I thought it was called The White 🐎

What a great store! The store in Ovid didn't have chaps for my daughter so we went to Wire Horse. They had Youth Sizes! Hurray! We had been to 5 stores that didn't have rough out youth sizes. The staff was super friendly and more than helpful. We even sat in a saddle to send pictures to our IEA coach to get his approval.

I saw some Ariet shoes online then found a local place that sells them. So I made a trip and got some new shoes, hat and a couple of sweat shirts. Awesome place to shop. Thank you

Our shopping experience here has been nothing short of AWESOME! Very professional and extremely helpful. We had a few items altered and very pleased with the results. Their clothes are very well made. They do a wonderful job at fitting and shaping hats. They have a huge variety on everything for horse and rider, and if they by some off the wall chance dont have it, they will get it!. Great selections and very hard to choose at times. Love them, they are the Best and very customer oriented!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! As soon as I walk in, I get big "hellos" and "How can I help you?". The employees are always willing to help, no matter if it is a big or little job. They have everything I need for both my western and English desires. Love going up to this store and always look forward to it! I've had multiple saddles on consignment with great success. We always get great deals, and have a great experience!

My girlfriend and I came here today looking for my first pair of cowboy boots. We drove an hour to get here and I'm glad we did! Great selection of boots and other western wear. The Wire Horse is my favorite place to shop for my horses! The staff is always super nice and helpful, very good people! Their clothing stays on trend, in and out of the arena. Tack is top notch. They clean hats and do tailoring as well. Large selection, and if you need something they don’t have, they’ll promptly order it with no extra charge. Great place!!

Great place to stop and shop. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable especially when it comes to clothing alterations/repairs. They have pants, shirts, boots, button up and snap up show shirts, decorations, saddles, anything you'd need equestrian related. Their clothing selection is great!

Every employee was super friendly and helpful. I was with a group of 5 people and stopped in late on Saturday afternoon to look for boots. It was about 5:20pm and the open sign was on so we stopped in. We were all pleasantly surprised at the nice selection. When we finished our shopping at about 5:45 or so I asked the employee if they closed at 6:00pm and was told they close at 5:30. I was shocked because none of us in our group knew the store was closed or we wouldn't have kept the employees over. The point I'm making is that none of the employees hinted that the store was closed or that they were in a hurry to leave like most retail stores do.

I have known the owners of The Wire Horse for many years, long before they embarked on their journey to open a first-class tack shop. What wonderful, honest and dedicated people. They know horses, they understand what people need and want; and they cater to all levels of interests and abilities; both human and equine. This combination is tough to beat. The staff they have hired is like-minded, making the store very popular locally as well as nationally via their website and attendance at many equine trade shows across the country. Love ya! Don't change a thing...you're awesome!

Everyone's so nice and the deals are great! I've gone there my whole life for everything from horse shampoo to fashionable show clothes. Anyone who says differently must be at the wrong store!

I’ve always been happy when I go for the sales. The service is top notch. I always appreciate the sale associates going above and beyond even when they don’t have to. I’ll be shopping at The Wire Horse again.
