I've lived here for 7 years and its been very comfortable. We keep to ourselves an have no problems. Management is great and really cares for the tenants.

Very nice landlord really caring, Maintenance guy is very nice. The park is really involved in the community. And does events to involve the parents and children?

We've lived here for 6 months and never had a problem I've heard people say so many bad things there not alot of actively its quiet everyone sticks to their selves and trailers aren't bad you just gotta keep up with them mines is nice! It's out in the country and we love the speed bumps for our kids saftey!

Reasonable lot rent central located minutes from either town for shopping and groceries

It's been my home for 3 years. Cleaned up a lot from what it used to be.

Decent place to live. Depends on the type of person you are as to if you'll get along here. You treat people good and pay your rent and don't cause trouble and there wont be any problems kinda place.
