Swartz Creek Meadows

My name is Whitni and I have recently moved into Swartz Creek Meadows. I am currently going through a divorce and wanted to find a safe space for my four children and myself. I found my home by speaking with Gordon, and I have to say I couldn't be more impressed. From the start I was greeted with kindness, understanding, and a since of urgency- as I didn't have long to get my family moved and situated. My questions, concerns, and statements were taken into account and met with professionalism, and a polite persona. Not only am I grateful for all the help I received, I am also, grateful that this place exists. Its clean, organized, quiet, and spaced out so that you have your privacy. I moved from a house with a large yard and was so worried I wouldn't have space for my dog to run- and that is also a great aspect of living here- there's so much empty useful property to be able to walk, and enjoy (not to forget the beautiful pool, and gym). Every neighbor I have met was helpful and kind as well! Thank you Swartz Creek Meadows for helping me find a safe space for my children and myself. All in all to say I'm impressed is an understatement, and this Marine Corps Veteran/single mom of four, is thankful, grateful, and feeling very blessed. Thanks again!

My name is Janis Alderman and I recently purchased a beautiful new home in Swartz Creek Meadows. Gordon Gross the manager/owner has been the most supportive and caring person I have ever had the privilege to meet. There is no problem big or small that upsets him! He has helped me with every step of the way from purchasing to moving in. He met with the movers before I even got there. He also ordered my washer and dryer and had it installed. I need a new shed and he is handling that too. What a great place to live! I feel secure and comfortable. Most of the homes are new and the park is really nice now!

My husband and I looked at many parks to live at and we always kept going back to Swartz Creek Meadows as the one ✨ Gordon and Toni are fantastic people, very caring and friendly! The maintenance man is very nice too! We couldn’t be happier to live here and are very excited for summer and the pool! We absolutely love cats and seeing the cats in the neighborhood is great! But again Gordon went over and beyond for us and it was all very natural of him it just shows he’s good at what he does and is a good person and the best person to buy a manufactured home from!! He’s informative and thorough! 🤩

My son lives here, very peaceful, country setting, easy access to highways. Close to bigger cities. Great place

My daughter and her husband have lived there since 08 and they absolutely love it there. I'm going to be moving in with them and my daughter was trying to find another place so she spoke with Gordon and told him what we were looking for. So when a place became available he would show it to my daughter. In fact Gordon found a beautiful place and he helped us every step of the process. Plus he was extremely nice pleasant and helpful. Whenever my daughter was talking to him I had a chance to talk to him for a bit over the phone and I can't wait to finally meet him. Thank you Gordon!!

I have lived in this park going in about 13 years now and I have to say Gordon and Toni are the best managers this place has seen. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is in proper order. They go out of their way to help the community. They have fixed this place up so much that I’m glad to call it my home. So I would like to say a huge thank you to them for making our community beautiful.

We had a drive way done and it looks very nice. They had it all done in about an hour, it adds to the property. The improvements in the park all look fantastic and make living here enjoyable. The management is making a lot of improvements that make the park look even better. In my opinion management and the workers are friendly and do anything to help you.

Gordon was such a huge help through the whole process! He didn’t leave any question I had unanswered and was always there when I needed help! The hospitality and patience was very warming and it made the process very smooth and simple. If i could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would!

My family and I have been here for 4 years and it has been a great experience! We have never had any issues and especially with the new manager, Gordon he is extremely helpful and always answers any questions very quickly and will give help right away. We just moved from a single wide into a new 2020 home and this was the most smooth process and very quick turn around. Definitely recommend living at Swartz Creek Meadows!

I just bought a house here at Swartz creek meadows and I couldn't be happier! Gordon was so helpful in getting me into my new home at a great price! Susan in the office was also extremely helpful!! The maintenance guys have been on top of getting everything ready for me to move in!

I don't know who this Kevin guy is but he's full of lies. Gordon has always answered all my calls. My text if I wasn't happy with something he made sure to take care of it. He is in the office every time that I've ever showed up so I don't know where this Kevin guy is getting this from, but from my own experience I think this is a wonderful place. Gordon has been nothing but amazing and helpful and I can't wait to be able to spend time here and be able to enjoy all the features like the pool and the pond and the tennis court. I think me and my family will have a great time living here. Thanks to Gordon and thank you for making my dreams come true

The community is absolutely beautiful with the full mature trees and most of the streets have new roads. The clubhouse pool and fitness Center are first class very beautiful and accommodating. The new homes for sale are the best in the area they have finished drywall 8 foot ceilings 30 year shingles they come with all new appliances including water softener . The financing program is quick and easy and the buyers have been getting new home payments under 500. a month .the approvals generally take less than three days. If you’re looking for a friendly place to live this is it close to the expressway close to shopping with a pleasant atmosphere quiet and enjoyable all the time. This community improves more and more every day it’s also pet friendly a must see ! Stop by today ,we are here for you!!

Been here for over ten years and have really enjoyed it. We have seen many, many improvements around the neighborhood over that course of time, such as the roads being repaved, the old trailers torn out, and the addition of a small gym at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect space for small parties, such as my wife's wedding shower. The neighborhood is always clean and pleasant looking. If any problem arises, the management team attends to it right away. The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash, which is nice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to possibly buy a home. Office staff was beyond timely, professional and compassionate. Very nice pools, nice large park, beautiful Clubhouse to accommodate gatherings. Property management and maintenance is exceptional. Always nice to see them in general. They are consistently working on improvements. Our neighbors look out for one another. Very happy and thankful we are here. Highly Recommended.

We bought a home this fall. It seems like a nice quiet park and I love all the mature trees. Gordons did a great job working with us and actually got us a rate much lower than my credit union was gonna give me. Everything I asked of him he did one step better than he needed to.

I think that if I could I would definitely give a much higher rating than 5 stars because my wife and I have lived here for over 15 years and we've loved it and still loving it here and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else let me say that when we wanted to move into a bigger place and Gordon was absolutely WONDERFUL he was there to help us every step we told him what we were looking for and he made it happen whenever a home became available he would let us look at it to see if it would be a good fit for us and he was never pushy on trying to sell us a home not only that but he even helped us find someone to install a handicap ramp for my wife's mother so personally I would definitely give no less than 10 stars

From the moment we found this community, we were treated very nice!
The staff worked very hard to make sure the home we are buying was completely updated and it was done very nicely!
The managers are amazing and strive to make the community better and better! We have never had a huge problem with anything, but if I was to have a problem they would be on it!
The managers also show appreciation to the community during holidays with catered luncheons and sometimes even gifts.
All around a very beautiful community!

I live here (2021) management and maintenance are great and really do their best to keep our park well maintained. I feel like I can leave my doors unlocked and let my son play in the neighborhood. most of the neighbors are friendly. police constantly drive around our park at night which makes me feel super good about our safety. overall it's a good place to live. gordan and Tony are super cool and understanding...! if ya need to find a new start this is the place to look.

In the summer of 2020 I purchased a brand new modular home in this community. From start to finish everything has been such a positive experience. I love my home and the community! The management and maintenance are wonderful and go above and beyond for me! Everyday there is new upgrades to the community! New roads, a brand new fence around the garbage area, and the community now has a boom truck so they can trim trees and clean them up! I love it here!

When I decided to move out of the city, I was looking for a quiet place in the country that was driving distance from some of my favorite stores and restaurant's. If that is what you're looking for, Swartz Creek Meadows is that place for you. I was in love with my new home the minute I stepped in it. Gordon Gross, the manager, has been absolutely awesome. Very friendly staff who worked with me and my transition into a modular home which I fell in love immediately. They are constantly working on improvements as well as the immenities. An outdoor pool, a fabulous gym and currently they are building a pond behind my home. The lots are huge so no looking out the door and having someone right next to you. If you're looking for a great place for families, I would highly recommend coming and looking at their new homes. Im glad every day that I bought my home in Swartz Creek Meadows!
