Covenant Cemetery

Covenant Cemetery Services owned by Michael Butts, contracted by the city of Pontiac to manage Ottowa Park Cemetery, Clarkston has done me much harm. Has taken 11 months after the purchase of my $3500 headstone to have it finally out in place. The headstone was not properly installed. Tilted to the right, the black headstone with white lettering is crooked! Many phone calls and visits to the Ottowa Cemetery office many contacts to Covenant Cemetery Services has not gotten me any relief. My maiden name was addressed mail with a headstone pamphlet today.
Why? I don't have any interest in a cemetery headstone, let alone I don't live near this business to want their assistance. This is so rude for them to be sending. I've been married for over 20 years, so where and why do they think I have any interest. If this was a phone call, it'd be reported to FTC. It will be reported via another means.

This group manages Greenridge Cemetery in Bay City. The upkeep is terrible.
