Broadview Estates

Nice park and a nice clubhouse. I've attended a few birthday parties and baby showers at the clubhouse now, and they turned out great. The clubhouse isn't too big, or too small, it's just right.

My husband and I moved in here a year ago now from a 55 plus community and this place is taken care if so much better! The woman in the office are GREAT, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance here is great as well! Always up on the landscaping, making sure grass is mowed, streets are clean. They don't tolerate riff raff or junk cars or cars parked all along the streets. We are VERY pleased! Awesome job!!

I have lived here since October, and I love it! The office staff is always friendly and quick to help with my issues. The maintenance staff is efficient and very polite. The move in process was simple and relatively fast. They keep the grounds very well maintained and they are quick to take care of things like snow removal. I love my home, and with the lease to own option I can buy it after a certain period of time, or I can choose to apply down payment to another home in any of the Sun Home Communities. I could not be happier here, and my children love it too! They have 2 parks for kids to play, and 4 bus stop areas so you'll always have one nearby. I highly recommend this community!

I love it here. The staff is wonderful. It is a manufactured home park . They are very nice homes, cozy.

Still putting in houses. You don't have a lot of drama here well besides the kids and theirs but everyone is very calm here not a lot of noise either.

I am thinking about getting a home here. Everyone is really nice. The park is clean but set up sideways so there's no real yard.

I live here and everyday this place gets better and better, they sure are cleaning it up. Office staff is truly amazing, they’re a great help with any needs. Very nice people!

I just moved in the process was fairly easy and had all my questions answered and the place I moved into was nice

I've lived there and have family and friends that live there. It's a great place.

Took refuge with couple of friends for the night. I love cats,they have five.they took care of me.

Very clean peaceful place to live. Great employees and maintenance is fantastic.

Grew up here for most of my teen years...I would aspire to live here but if you have to it's not the worse places to live.

Love the little community here not too expensive for starting off at your first home and I will be recommending people shortly
