El Sabor Mexican Grill

This was our first time here! I saw one of their House Margaritas online looked very similar to Solea’s House margarita so I HAD to try it to see if they taste the same!! Surprisingly they are very similar in taste! Only El Sabor’s version doesn’t seem as strong tasting, but I enjoyed it very much! This time I tried an appetizer and he tried the fried ice cream! Both were very flavorful and well worth the cheaper price! He is picky about fried ice cream because some places do not actually fry the ice cream but this place has a delicious crunchy fried shell coating the ice cream! Our server was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was very inviting and chill! Beautiful little hidden gem! We will return to try full meals soon! :)

The food here is always so good. Pictured is salmon and shrimp vera cruz. The house margaritas are delicious. El Sabor is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Appleton.

Excellent food. Equally good service. The fish taco was fresh and delicious. Margarita was house made and refreshing. My blackened chicken burrito was spicy and tasty. I really like Mexican food and this place hit great on all fields. Highly recommend this place. Fair prices and clean dining room. I’m going back for sure!!!! 🤟🏻☝🏻🌯🌮

Absolutely delicious food and margaritas!

We LOVE this place! The only downside is on the part of the reviewer, that for whatever reason after coming here since they’ve opened and we haven’t raved about them already. Authentic alongside unique proprietal dishes. It’s our favorite and I promise it will be yours !

Went here last night on a date with my fiancee and enjoyed every moment! The Service is great, felt very welcoming from the time we walked in til we left. The food is also great, very good and not that expensive, and they give you a lot of it... We will definitely be back.

Hadn't been here since they switched ownership. Great wait staff excellent food , I had the 3 shrimp tacos. My husband had a pork dish he was so happy. We're definitely going to be coming back. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. 😍👍

As a traveler I’m always looking for good food specially Mexican, it’s rear to find a location where the food and the service are equally good, El sabor Mexican Grill, has become one of my favorites spots to visite while in Appleton, WI. They have good food atmosphere and service. Whether you visiting Appleton, WI or leave in the are you should stop by and give them a try.

Calm peaceful atmosphere. No loud clanging noises or laugh voices. Our waiter was excellent, and I don't say that very often. The food was more than great. It was seasoned just right. It was fresh and delicious. It was Father's Day evening, we both were glad we tried it. We will be back. I loved my shrimp tacos 🌮
