Absolute heroes at JR's! With nothing to go off they were able to save my butt with a motorcycle key! They were very prompt and friendly, but most importantly they made the impossible happen and did it both quickly and extremely affordable! Cannot recommend them enough! Todd is an artist of his craft! If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

Brought in two cheap key fobs I bought off the internet. They tried to get these working but could not (they warned me ahead of time cheap ones bought online usually do not work). They sold and programmed one of the ones the had in house for a very reasonable price especially compared to the dealer. Could not be happier with the outstanding and fast service.

I did a search and saw that this business programmed key fobs. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I brought in my key fob was programmed and my key was cut. The service was took about 10 min. Very quick! The price was very reasonable. The ladies that worked were personable and professional. Definitely would recommend this place! Thanks again!

Cut keys and programmed them for my truck next day after scheduling an appointment.

Had them come and install all new door handles with new locks. They asked me to send them a picture of current handle. They matched it up, keyed them all the same, and them came out and replaced all the hardware for us. Very professional and all the doors work great. Thanks for the great service.

JR’s Lock N Key sets the standard for both service and quality. I spend a lot of time in the Waupaca area through to the Fox Valley and JR’s is *head and shoulders* above other shops. They’ve rekeyed my mother’s home showing her exceptional patience and service and most recently got my teenager out of a jam (keys in trunk)…at 9pm at night. Including happily offering to cut a spare in their mobile shop! What!? While all other vendors go to voicemail, JR’s picks up and says “how can I help?” I absolutely, unequivocally will not ever use anyone else.
