I bought the Steelcase Leap V2 chair through Crandall, remanufactured, and saved about $1000 on buying the same exact chair brand new.

Even just the optional, polished aluminum frame alone would have cost me an extra $400 to buy new.

My chair with the 5% discount was just under $800.

It was delivered 13 days early.

I did have to remove the seat and adjust the gas cylinder again to make it tighter after assembling, and I found out you need a screwdriver with a 10 inch shank, meaning about 14 inches overall, so I had to buy that from Amazon for $12, but other than that I'm very impressed with this chair and the entire experience, start to finish.

It had no significant scratches of any kind whatsoever, their BioKnit fabric was a good choice, and after just two days in the chair (and with the addition of stretching), the back pain I've been experiencing for the past few months is starting to go away.

Their office staff has been very easy to deal with and helpful with any questions, and their videos on YouTube were very helpful.

I like this chair so much I'm thinking about buying a second one from them in the near future, and have been recommending them to everyone I know.

I could have bought this chair for about $500 used, but it wouldn't have been with new arm pads, gas cylinder, slightly thicker foam than original, etc., and most of all, their 12 year warranty.

Crandall is very, very highly recommended.

In my experience, they are an excellent business; the way businesses in America used to be.

I ordered the remanufactured Steelcase Leap V2 from Crandall Office. Due to frigid winter temps and what I imagine to be rough shipping, a main component of the chair arrived broken (the core). I reached out by email - Kim and Jenn at Crandall Office both were quick to address my needs to ensure my satisfaction.

Two days later the replacement part arrived and the chair was up and rolling. It’s now been over a week and this is the best office chair I’ve ever had! I look forward to using Crandall Office services and products again in the future.

The folks at Crandall Office completely transformed my tired old Leap V2 into what looks and feels like a brand new chair at a very reasonable price. I ordered a new seat and seat back and these turned out amazingly. Their customer service is first rate; I had a good feeling about them just from their YouTube videos, and they didn't disappoint. I highly recommend Crandall Office for any of your office chair needs. Just look at my "new" chair!!!

I ordered a Leap v2 with upgraded casters and back-pad and have been blown away with the quality of the chair and service. The chair was in excellent condition when it arrived and was perfectly packaged. Furthermore, putting the chair together was extremely easy thanks to the great video guide provided. I honestly think this version of the Leap v2 from Crandall Office is significantly better than the baseline Leap v2 directly from Steelcase, especially for the price.

Love the chair - super worth it. Work from home and using 8+ hours on average. Was experiencing back pain with old chair. Have been using the Leap for over a month and there is no more back pain. Got the extra padding for seat and back. Very comfy.

Amazing people. I got the Remanufactured Leap V2 from the folks at Crandall, and it is by far the best chair I have ever owned, it's leaps and bounds better than my old chair. Everyone in the house loves this thing! Everything was packed perfectly. The build process was very easy to follow, and took me less than 15 minutes to build. The chair itself felt basically brand new, and was in pristine condition. I've had this chair for a little over a month and love every part of it. So glad I went with Crandall. The 3D Bioknit is 100% worth it, it just makes the chair a lot more breathable, and I much prefer it to the regular material I tried. The only downside is that it does catch lint/dust more easily, but I still think it's worth it. I highly recommend Crandall overall, my experience with them was great. Will definitely do business with them again.

Shopping at Crandall Office Furniture has been a great experience. I was on the market for a really nice chair as my job requires me to sit all day. I researched several chairs and they were all really expensive. I started exploring the idea of getting a used chair. Then I discovered Crandall and start watching their very informative youtube videos. This is exactly what I needed as they are 100% transparent with their remanufacturing process and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. There are definitely cheaper options like on ebay or facebook market, but of course there are risks. With Crandall I knew exactly what I was going to get and they also have amazing warranty and return policy. You also get a brand new seat and back cushion with many customizable options. I would argue that the cushions are probably the biggest concerns when it comes to used chairs. The chair was nicely packaged when it arrived and they also have youtube videos on how to assemble and adjust the chair. You can see in the pictures that the chair is basically brand new. My experience with Crandall was miles ahead of shopping anywhere else, highly recommended. I wish more companies are this transparent when it comes to buying used products.

I bought a used Leap V1 chair locally when I started working from home for Covid. The chair is built like a tank, but years of use had left the cushion foam pretty flat. I ordered seat and back cushions from Crandall Office Furniture in cherry red. I am absolutely delighted at how it turned out. The chair looks and feels like new.

Exceptional product. Recommend getting thicker back pad along with the thicker seat cushion. Packaging was excellent, chair arrived undamaged. Could honestly not tell it was remanufactured, no signs of wear/use on the frame. Bioknit fabric is great, also recommend getting it. Quite breathable and tends not to get hot at all. Give these guys a try, they offer an excellent product for the price.

I’ve ordered two chairs from Crandall now and am extremely happy with the product and service. There’s videos on YouTube explaining how to install the chair which takes less than two minutes for the steelcase series 1. The product description is spot on and I wouldn’t buy a chair from anywhere else. I essentially got a brand new chair that should’ve cost $500 for $300 through the authorized return program. The other chair is wrapped for a Christmas gift.

Purchased a new reupholstered seat and back pad in Splash color BioKnit Fabric - to replace the old and worn out ones on my Leap V1. The new foam and fabric revived my chair and was easy to install following Crandall's online video. The end result is a chair that looks and feels like new chair, the 3/4" thicker seat foam made a huge difference in comfort and the vibrant royal blue added a "splash" of color to my home office. Also, the Bioknit Fabric has a great texture and has a quality feel. The custom seat took around 3 weeks for fabrication and delivery...it was ordered just before New Year with holiday shut down, reason for the longer lead time. Wish I had found Crandall earlier, definitely worth it! This experience also gave me confidence in Crandall's chair remanufacturing process, I look forward to purchasing one of their remanufactured Leap V2 for my spouse. Great job, Crandall Team!

Received one of these chairs from an industrial site that was retiring them. Used it for years before I finally wore it out completely. Found this website. They helped me identify my chair and the parts needed to get it back better than new. Quality equipment, made to last, and customer service that is exceptional

Recently purchased two Steelcase Series 1 chairs from Crandall Office Furniture and can't be more impressed. The quality of the chairs was better than I expected and shipping was extremely quick. I received both chairs for way less than retail and will purchase from COF again. Both chairs arrived via UPS, were well packaged, and came with a one page instruction sheet on how to quickly assemble. I did however discard the standard wheels for my own rollerblade wheels purchased from Amazon for $20 less than what COF was asking.

After watching some of Crandall's helpful videos on YouTube, I ordered a replacement piston for my office chair from them, even though there were cheaper ones on Amazon—and I'm sure glad I did. It turns out I ordered the wrong one, and customer service at Crandall was fantastic. They immediately sent me the correct one (didn't charge me for shipping), and asked me to return the wrong one at my convenience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally over email. Really glad to have my chair working well again, thanks to their YouTube repair videos and generous exchange policy. Best customer service I've had in ages.

After hanging up my suitcase from consulting weekly travel, I decided to switch to a corporate job that allowed me to work from home most days of the week. Decided it was time to invest in a proper ergonomic chair at home so I spent a lot of time researching professional reviews online as well as ones from Reddit and narrowed my choice down to a Steelcase Leap v2. Many Reddit posters pointed to Crandall for their exceptional quality remanufactured chairs that are almost new, but at the fraction of the cost of a new one from the manufacturer. The additional selling point was that they provide a 12-year warranty, which mirrors the one from the manufacturer -- something you may not get if you went local and bought directly from another consumer or liquidator.

I purchased and customized one with a platinum frame, steel Bioknit fabric, and casters tailored for hardwood. They shipped the product promptly and, once received, the assembly process was pretty easy and only took 10 minutes. However, during the assembly process, I noticed a fairly large crack on the armrest frame. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive in sending out a replacement part at no charge as well as a quick YouTube guide on how to replace the part.

After sitting on the chair for a week, I have to say that it's incredibly comfortable and I found that I didn't really need much time to adjust.

I highly recommend Crandall if you're in the market for a Steelcase Leap v2 at a really competitive price!

I was very close to purchasing a NEW Steelcase Leap chair through Steelcase for over 2,000 bucks. Before pulling the trigger I decided to spend a little time researching the used leap chair market and stumbled across Crandall on Reddit. I believe it was the owner talking to folks on Reddit and answering questions and I thought that was really cool. After checking out their remanufactured video on their website I decided to pull the trigger and I went with the refurbished Leap V2. It cost me less than 700 dollars and I added every available accessory to the chair (including the roller blade wheels which are awesome by the way). The chair seems brand new I mean these guys really know what they are doing. I cannot believe I have been sitting in cheapo office chairs for the last 20 years I have been missing out! I realize 700 bucks is not cheap for any chair but when comparing it to the cost of a new one this is a no brainer! I could not be any happier with the purchase I really feel like I got a steal for this price and the level of quality. Thank you Crandall for the chair its outstanding and the English Toffee I love it! If any of you are on the fence about remanufactured chairs from Crandall I 100% recommend it you'll save a ton and get the same quality of a new chair with available upgrades that you couldn't get OEM.

Crandall has been great to do business with. I’m loving my new Amia chair! Everything was well packaged and easy to assemble. Plus it’s all done here in the USA. A great purchase that will be good for my back!

We're very pleased with our purchase. They have a wide selection and had the exact chair we were looking in stock for an affordable price. The included instructions and videos were super helpful for setting up the chair quickly without issue.

Amazing refurbishment done on Aeron Classic size B I purchased. Shipping time took a few weeks but that is due to how much care is done to refurbish the chairs. Highly recommend buying Herman Miller class refurbished chairs from them. They come with an incredible warranty. I ended up not keeping my chair because I was able to find a better size for me elsewhere but I would buy from Crandall if it was available from them. 10/10 would buy from them again.

I have had a fantastic experience with Crandall Office Furniture from start-to-finish. This all started with watching their videos about chairs and culminated with me ordering a factory returned Steelcase Gesture from them. They also helped me get a height lever for my Steelcase Leap V2 Plus chair that I purchased locally. All-in-all this is a great company and I will continue recommending them and will surely order from them again in the future. On a side note - I ended up returning the Gesture chair as the seat a a bit to small for me and even that process was easy and fair. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thx again for everything.
