Absolutely the best cycling studio I have been to. Their class blends between total cycling performance and cycling with functional fitness is a perfect schedule to develop total body strength. And their instructors do a phenomenal job of motivating you to challenge your limits in a healthy way, and respecting your space when you take those moments to do your own thing. I have tried a bunch of cycling studios around Seattle and San Diego while living on the west coast, and Evolution Cycle Studio beats them all. I've also done many triathlons, including 2 ironmans, and can say with confidence Evo's Evo+ class activates the lactic acid like no other!
I've been going to Evo for a couple years now, whenever I make it back to Appleton, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy fitness studio, or to improve their cycling performance.

Awesome facility with a state-of-art sound system and lighting! Their system logs all my workouts so I can look back on my workouts and see my improvements over time.
Talented and knowledgeable instructors will take you through challenging and achievable workouts! Highly recommended!
Clean studio with friendly staff- what are you waiting for?!

I have been riding at EVO for over a year now. I am amazed at how the instructors really get to know their riders and adapt each class based on who is riding and what their needs/goals are. I am amazed at how fresh they keep things by adding new moves, theme rides, events, and challenges. I love this place more and more every time I ride!

This is such a great addition to the Fox Valley! Excellent and highly motivated instructors, great class atmosphere and wonderful customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, fun and challenging cycling workout!

This is amazing. The instructors make you feel like you are coming home when you walk in the door. ZERO intimidation! Best thing I have done for myself in a long time. You won't be disappointed when you come and spin here. No experienced needed.

First time ever cycling. Clean facility and very friendly staff! I was surprised with the amount of upper body work there was coupled with cardio and lower body. 5/5 would recommend.
