Computers To Go Midland

I came to computers to go in midland with a broken phone, that wouldn't turn on. Zach was very helpful and gave us suggestions for how to proceed. He immediately looked at my phone when I got there and even tried to get me a much cheaper alternative. I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend them to anyone. I have every intention of returning here in the future with any issues I might have.

I've had 2 custom computers built through Computers To Go dating back 8-10 years ago.

My old gaming rig went kaput(after 6 years) a few months back and now, for the last couple of weeks, Erich from the Midland store hooked me up with a VERY wicked custom ordered Lian Li gaming rig.

He has been very informative and really good guy to talk to about everything going on with my order!

Ive used Computers To Go for all of my needs! I've had nothing but the best experience! I've purchased a custom built gaming PC from them back in 2023 and have loved it since! Zach is amazing help and always looking for what you need within your budget, recently purchased a MacBook Pro in amazing condition for a price no one could beat, ill always send friends and family that way, Thanks CTG and thanks Zach!

I’ll start by saying that I am relatively technologically illiterate. I had a seemingly simple error and was being bounced between the computers customer support and windows customer support. After a full game of tennis between the two I brought it to the store. They were able to uncover that it was more than a simple problem and worked on it for a week and a half. They kept me informed the entire way and were able to dumb it down to my level so that I could understand what was going wrong. They uncovered that it was a hardware problem.The computer is under warranty and with their help I was able to nail the computer’s customer support department and they are correcting their mistake. I have no doubt that Computers to Go would have been able to do a fantastic job replacing the hardware if I had asked them. All around top notch service.

Salvaged solid state drive from a dead laptop. Was given a few options and also able to recycle old laptop. Hours was good, only one open later than other computer stores in the area

Did a great job cleaning up my computer and gave some additional advice/service to help me with Zoom. I will be returning any time I have computer problems! Also very pleasant and professional guys.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining what is wrong with your item . Good turn around time . All around good experience and I will go back in future if needing more items fixed .

Eric did a great job helping get two laptops processing more efficiently. He was quick and very knowledgeable.

I 120% recommend them. They are super quick and transparent. The prices are great and they have great service. I broke my iPad Pro screen and was getting quotes over $500 and they were Able to do it for $100 less than everyone else and it took less than a week

Huge shout out to the amazing group of people I've meet at computers to go. I own my own business and computer and printer crashed out of the blue this week seriously had me stressed beyond anything I've ever faced in my business. No words can truly describe how the staff handled my situation with confidence and speed to resolve my issues. If there was a 10 star review that is what this company and staff deserve. Thank you.

These guys are amazing! I have known this business since they were still in the midland mall and they have fixed everything that I have taken in while doing it fairly fast while also giving me a fair price since. They let you troubleshoot and can assist if you plan on repairing it yourself. In general, the staff there is beyond friendly and extremely helpful which is what I’m looking for in a local computer shop!

Computers to go is absolutely amazing. I had an iPhone I believe eight and it was having some malfunction with unlocking it and they were telling me before that they couldn’t fix it. 20 minutes later it was all fixed. They are absolutely amazing very hard-working. Definitely recommend I’m going back for a computer that I was looking for

Took in my old laptop and Eric replaced the hard drive on the spot. This young man is so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. Explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. Super friendly and had a great positive attitude. Will be returning to have him take a look at other electronics and household items.
